Two guys showed up 10 min later after scheduled time but they called in advance. They removed the snow from the driveway, shoveled the walkway and cleaned the stairs. Very professional and easy going company to work with!

This was a $199 big deal purchase. The service turned out fine, but Hi Cleaners' paperwork is miserable. A gentleman showed up and said he was here to clean our gutters. I mentioned we were doing windows and he said he was confused because they had so many deals going. So he came out and started doing the windows. When he finished I made some comments saying I thought he was supposed to do certain things and I showed him the ad from Angie's List. He said it was not a problem and he would do that. He did the work but he really came out not knowing what he was doing or what he was supposed to do. I had to pay an additional $30 because they cleaned up to 20 and we had 23, I think. He did not have all the details for the thing I purchased. The pricing is nothing spectacular; it is average. I did not see it as a great deal. He did a good job. The work was done well and efficiently. My wife had asked him a question about how the windows folded out and he showed her how that was done. The work he did was good. I believe he came on time. There was nothing outstanding about them that said I will definitely call these guys back.

Windows went very well, screens not so much

That was fine. They scheduled it based on our availability. That was no problem. Everything was fine but the windows were not as clean as other previously used companies. They were fine. The past service providers had done a better job. The price was perfectly reasonable. They were very responsive. Their punctuality was good. They did an adequate job.

The provider arrived on time and knew about the job - cleaning the gutters in a two-story home. He finished the job and gave us a summary of the job. There was not a lot of debris but there was a blockage which he removed. The site was mostly clean after he left.

The provider was courteous and did a thorough job. When the provider was delayed by a preceding job, he called and apologized.

Hi Cleaners was excellent! They contacted me as soon as I purchased my deal to set up an appointment. Two guys arrived promptly on schedule and cleaned my gutters/downspouts effectively and efficiently. They were both very professional and friendly, and I would recommend them. I look forward to using Hi Cleaners again in the future.

I was out of town but, it seems like they did a good job. I would think it was a good deal. They are very high on my house and it slopes, so it was hard to get too. I knew he was booked up but, that was the date that we settled on. I'd say they were fine. They answered my questions, no problem. When we called them they were very courteous.

Punctual, friendly and answered my questions. Because the service was good, I asked for estimate for window cleaning too.

I had a two man crew arrive on time. Other than ladders and a narrow gutter scoop they appeared to have no other equipment. I confirmed they were going to clear our down spouts. I was then asked to provide a 'bottle' so that they could flush the spouts! I had a connected hose pipe and so asked if that would work. They had problems with one downspout that had been siliconed so I told them not to worry about it. However, I had purchased the service in preparation for other gutter work to be performed. Three days later the other contractor came to put heating cables in and found that down spout on the other end of the house was clogged and they found a lot of old debri in the gutters! I was not impressed. I had already let my husband know that I thought they will not prepared and it was a waste of money, but was really frustrated when the other work could not be completed entirely because of the shoddy job they had performed.

The work was ok, but not perfect. They added up all windows and subtracted 249 from the total. It was supposed to be 20 windows for 249. They charged me full price for every window and then subtracted $249. I ended up paying $27 for each window and I had 34 windows. I wouldn't used them again because of their method of cleaning the exterior windows. They used a extension with a brush and flowing water. It doesn't do as good a job and now the wood is wet and I can not open some of the windows. I just do not feel that I got any big deal with this purchase. Update: as of 11/10/15 I received a call from the company as they wanted to understand my issues. They agreed to pay me $100.00 for the misunderstanding about the Big Deal.

This was an Angie's deal that I signed up for back in the Spring but had to delay until now to actually use. The provider was accommodating to my schedule. Deal was for 20 windows, inside and out, and screen cleaning. I had 28 windows but only wanted the outside and screens done, but there was no bump up in price. Windows hadn't been cleaned in many years and I was pleasantly surprised at how good they came out. Workers were very nice and took care not to mess up my plantings around the house.

Nothing happened. It was okay. It was not as good as what I expected. Pricing was okay. I won't say it was not average. It was not terribly expensive but it was not that cheap either. Their responsiveness was okay. He tried. His punctuality was good. His professionalism was okay.

Responsive and prompt arrival. Returned to put back in the storm window they forgot to return the next day

Positives: The final result was excellent. The team was efficient and courteous. Negatives: Scheduling was a bit of a challenge in the beginning. A bit expensive.
