The technician spent about four hours doing the work. His method seemed very thorough and he was meticulous. Also, the office staff was responsive when the initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to rain.

The tech spent a couple of hours at the house. We recently purchased our home and it had been years since the house had been pressure washed. There was a lot of green growth on the house, especially the back and the side, where there is more tree cover. The tech did a great job and the difference was night and day.

I purchased the $99 Big Deal gutter cleaning offer from Hi Cleaners on Tuesday. They contacted me by email on Wednesday with a phone number to call to schedule service. I called Hi Cleaners on Thursday and spoke with Ivan. He was very pleasant, efficient, and scheduled my service appointment for the next day (Friday) between approximately 3-4pm. My husband was home for the appointment. Two of Hi Cleaner's technicians arrived at 2:30, measured the linear feet of gutters on our house (deal was for up to 100 ft...we have less than that), and then proceeded to clean the gutters (one person at the front of the house and one at the back). Both were very professional and friendly, described any issues they saw with the gutters and made suggestions for improvements. We are very pleased with the service we received from Hi Cleaners and would use them again in the future. Thanks!

I dealt with two people. The first was the person in the office, Ivan. I spoke to him to book the appointment. He was very professional, courteous and polite. He gave me all the information I was looking for, and he gave me an appointment for today. He called the tech who was on the road, to give me an approximate time of arrival. Ivan called me back with in 5 minutes, and gave me the Tech's name, Eddy. He said he would arrive 1 pm. Right at 1 pm, Eddy arrived on time. He was very professional, courteous and polite. He went right to work with his ladder, got on the roof and cleaned the gutters. When he was done, he swept and raked up all the debris and put in a container that I had. It was a very pleasurable experience. I would absolutely use them again, and I would recommend them to people that I know.

Vic and Vasko arrived, counted the number of windows I had to be cleaned and provided me with an estimate before they began. They did an excellent job.

Hi Cleaners were very easy to reach and gave me several possible appointment times. The technician came out on time and was courteous, professional and very efficient.

the men showed on time and did a great job. removed all screens. 1 man did interior of windows, the other did exterior with a pressure wash system. screens were "dusted" and reinstalled. very nice to deal with.

Both men were extremely nice and seemed to do a good job on the gutters. I was just disappointed to see that everything they blew out of my gutters was left on my yard around the house. I've never hired gutter cleaners before so I don't know if this is common; I would just think that any job that creates a mess, there would be cleanup as well. The perimeter of my house now looks like a mess from leaves and dirt. Besides that, they were very friendly and did the job on the date we scheduled.

Ivan (manager?) replied promptly to my request and scheduled an appointment within a week of my request. This was a Deal of 100 linear feet of cleaning for $99 dollars. I thought my gutters measured @150 linear feet and agreed to negotiate the final cost when they came to do the work. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm. At 1:45 I called because they still had not arrived. I was informed that they were delayed at the previous appointment and couldn't get to us until @ 4:00pm. It would have been good customer service if someone called to inform us of the delay rather than us finding out when I called 45 minutes after the scheduled time. The crew arrived @ 3:30, measured my gutter and told me it was actually 230+ linear feet and would cost an additional $1.50 per foot. I thought their measurement was high and informed them that it was too expensive and that I would cancel the service. Shortly afterward I received a call from Ivan and reviewed everything with him. He asked that I measure the gutter length myself and follow up with him as he was concerned that his field crew was doing everything properly. I measured the gutters to the best of my ability and came up with @ 210 linear feet. This was higher than I originally thought but still 20 ft less than his crew's number. I ultimately cancelled the service due to the cost and will seek a more affordable provider. I want to point out that Ivan was very professional and courteous throughout the process as was Angie's List.

They were on time, they did the job right and they threw in some extra knowledge

I hired Hi Cleaners to provide gutter cleaning services thru and Angie's Big Deal. Great Price - $99.00. In addition to clearing out the gutters, they also, as a courtesy, fixed a couple of minor issues with downspouts, a couple which I had noticed, and one they noticed while they were handling the gutter cleaning. The crew was friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. A+ service.

Power washed 2 decks and my patio. Edward showed up 10am yesterday and did an excellent job. Will use HiCleaners again to pressure wash the whole house in the summer.

We scheduled quickly after the owner gave us estimate. They power washed our deck and front and left side of the house.

This company was exactly what I needed. Easy to set up the appointment and the price was reasonable. They came on time and did the job right.

We bought the deal for $249 for unlimited feet of gutter cleaning. We used it to clean the gutters of a house that we had just purchased and the gutters looked like they had not been cleaned in years. While we were not completely satisfied because of the mess that was left, the company offered to come back out and finish the clean up.

I called on Monday and was booked for Friday morning. I had been given a quote in Dec and told to call back in Feb to schedule. The men arrived promptly at 10am and started cleaning. They were respectful of my space and used booties to keep my house clean. They were quiet and unobtrusive and finished a very large job by 3pm on budget. Very impressive and very professional!

I was looking for a company to clear out my walkway and salt it afterwards. The guys did an exceptional job. They made sure that absolutely no snow was left behind.

Outcome was great. Windows looked very good. Company had to cancel two appointments before they actually showed - once actually involved me waiting in my house for hours waiting for them to show. On the third appointment, the team did show up, late, but they had called to let me know. They were very polite and efficient. We ran into trouble when I asked them to clean the screens. They removed the screens from all the windows but did not keep track of which screens went to which rooms and they struggled to replace the screens at the end. Despite these glitches, I would still use them again.

The office was very responsive and picked up the phone immediately. I had called other companies but couldn't get through and had to leave a voicemail. HiCleaners sent out a rep and got to my house pretty fast, the work was very good too.

I had made a special request to have the guys at HiCleaners clean off my car, without hesitation they said "sure, we will do that," Its nice to see a company that is so friendly. I also asked them if they could bring up some buckets of salt from my shed to my front porch because I can't lift them, they were glad to do it. Will be hiring again. M

I needed the snow taken care of fast, I had called several other companies but none of them could make it until the next day. HiCleaners came out and did my driveway a couple hours after I called. I would recommend them to all my neighbors.

These guys were phenomenal and did a great job for my house. They removed the snow from my 3 car drive way and from my poarch and walk way. They also put down salt melters too. Altogether we were very satisfied and will definitely use these guys in the future!
