HiCleaners has a very interesting system for cleaning windows and panels. they use filtered water with no chemicals and scrub dirt off with a soft bristle brush. I was very curious to see how the cleaning would go, but it came out great. there isn't anymore bird droppings on my panels either.

Pretty straight forward service, they cleaned my windows and wiped the sills. It looks amazing and i can see through them now. they got stuck in traffic, but they did call me to tell me they would be 15 mins late which was nice. I would hire them again to get my windows cleaned on a yearly basis. Thanks guys!!!

I had just had my landscaping done and asked them not to get my yard dirty. They got up on ladders and put the leafs in bags. Couldn't of asked for a better service.

My windows were cleaned by window cleaning gods. Doves could fly through the sparkling clean windows. The gutters were cleaned with such precision you would think that the employees were surgeons. But in all seriousness the service was great. thank you guys.

My gutters weren't dirty in general, however all my downspouts were clogged because the contractor who had installed them years back put downspout holes that are too small. Basically the only thing that needed to be done is clean the downspouts. They unscrewed all the spouts and cleared them all even on the third story spouts. They did a great job.

My gutters were filthy, they cleaned everything out of them and they applied linseed oil to seal the water out of the wood. The shady side of my house also had a good amount of mold on it that had accumulated over the years, they made it look like new. They did a phenomenal job

Hi Cleaners is awesome. I don't know if Ivan owns the company, but he works like he does. We hadn't cleaned our gutters in so long we had little plants growing in some of them. But he cleaned them without complaint. The window cleaning was thorough. He even put on medical booties so as not to mess up our floors. This was awesome service. We will be calling them again.

This was crappy. They switched on the fee and they were going to left the windows open because they were going to walk out because they didn?t like the fee. I had them do some extra windows and I told the guy to give me an estimate and it turned out that the people that had actually cleaned the windows gets a percentage of the estimate and they thought estimate was too low and threaten to leave. I wouldn?t hire them to wipe my duck?s butt. I gave them a 100 bucks tip and they didn?t do a good job. The boss gave the estimate and I told him I have an old house with weird shape windows and I wasn?t going to count the windows. He was to figure it out. I put the onus on him to come up with the estimate so it wasn?t my fault. I didn?t challenging the estimate. I would tell a buyer to beware. They were not professional and the price was fair. When they left the windows open bugs came in and it took weeks to get them out. The should have come and do the job and get it right.

I have a small house that had a bunch of road grime on it. I live next to a busy street so it gets dusty. They came in and power washed my house and it looks like new. They did a great job and were fast too.

They were great, they showed up on time and called me to confirm that they were finished because i wasn't at the house. I asked if they could send me pictures because i have had other service personal that weren't too reliable, so i usually don't trust people. I looked at the pictures and everything was perfect.

They were schedule to come between 3 and 5 pm .But they came at 11.30 am , which was a surprise . But service was good .But in my experience the amount that was charged was little high .They charged $150 for colonial house with garage .But all gutters were clean except around the garage .So i asked him to reduce the price and he refused to do .

It went great, easy to contact and set up service. The guys who came to the house were great and dos a great job.

He arrived on time and proceeded to wash my house. One side had quite a bit of algae on it, but it is gone!! He took extra care on the steps and pointed out the vents in the siding. This house was sided in 1988 and it looks as if the siding was put on. We are very pleased with Vasko's work. He was very professional and at the same time very personable. He made certain that all windows were closed and checked the gutters.Again Vasko did a great job , you are very lucky to have a man of his caliber working for you.

I am disappointed. The painted siding was in good shape, but the house trim needed to be painted. I had hoped the house trim would have been cleaned adequately so that I could repaint, but it after the house wash the trim will still need to be washed by hand in order to repaint. I am particularly disappointed in the deck wash. I paid an additional $125.00 to have the deck washed. We have composite decking which is only two years old; not in bad shape. It should have been an easy matter to use the pressure washer consistently along the length of the deck planks, but instead the washer evidently just swirled around on the deck. When it rained I thought there were some random shadows on the deck, but instead realized the rain revealed where the decking had been cleaned and where it hadn't. Overall, I regret having the house and deck washed. It cost a total of $379.00. The house trim is not clean enough to repaint and the deck looks worse than before the wash.

The gentleman that did the job (Vasko) was very polite and personable. He explained the process to us and got right to work. I also appreciated that he kept in touch and communicated his ETA to me prior to his arrival several times. Very satisfied customer!

After buying the deal through Angie's List, I got a phone call to get on their schedule. The date of our service they called and mentioned they had a cancellation so they could come earlier if we wanted. We took them up on it. They showed up in this case early, took a walk around the house to estimate things, explained everything to me and then began to get right to work. They worked really hard and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Our house looks much cleaner and the gutters are clear.

The service was ok. They should have swept after they were done.

My house had not been pressure washed before, the siding is 8 years old and it showed. The two guys who showed up did a great job it's like a new house!!

They were at our house the next day (Monday) and provided a written estimate (which others did not do!) with competitive pricing, and courteously followed up by phone. Also readily responsive to text. We would have chosen this company based on their price, reviews, responsiveness and professionalism. Ended up going with a personal contact instead.

This was a $199 big deal purchase. It was fine. I thought for the money it would be a little more involved, but he did do a good job. The weather was not too cooperative because it was misting out that day as well so I can't hold him totally responsible for anything. The house looks fine and I appreciate what he did. He did do a good job and was efficient about it. I guess I expected a little more for the money, but I think everybody expects that. The job was done complete for the $199. I have a pretty small house. He actually helped us discover we had a leak in our front porch window. I expected that some stubborn stains would be addressed a little better. I guess this was just a soap and water kind of process. The cost was reasonable. They used out water versus having a truck with their own water so our water bill is going to be up. He was cooperative enough and he was okay. The soap and water did remove some dirt off the house and did bring the house back to yellow. I would have thought they would have sprayed and used a brush on several stubborn stains. We did not stay for the entire time he was here so we did not communicate too much. In the beginning my appointment was set for 9 o'clock and I had to call the company to find out where he was because we were trying to plan our day. They answered the phone and said they would call me right back and they did. He showed up 15 minutes within that time frame. Their professionalism was good. He was a nice kid, got his stuff right together and went right to work.

I got a deal on Angie's list for 199$ for interior and exterior window cleaning. There were two guys that came. They did wash the windows but everything was just ok. I would not rave about the job and I would not hire them again.
