These guys were great, they did everything flawlessly with no surprises. I would recommend them to anyone who hates having sub par service people. My siding looks great, and water isn't coming into my house because of the gutters. I did pay over 400 dollars, but its worth it compared to water damage repair. Thank you guys!

It went well. I am satisfied with the work and the person who came to do the cleaning. He was personable and professional. He explained what he found and told me that the 2 areas most concerning to me were nothing to worry about.

I had trees basically growing out of my gutters. We had just bought the home and the previous owners did not take care of it. The house looked nice, but not the gutters. Anyways, they did a very good job of putting the leafs in a trash bag so they would not ruin my flower bed that they had to set up a ladder right next to. Would choose them again, they are very responsive, and actually care about making you happy.

I dealt with Edward, one of the owners on the phone. He was polite and professional and able to schedule the work within a week. 2 guys, Vosco (sorry, not sure of the spelling) and Christian showed up right at the scheduled time. I showed them areas of the house that needed extra TLC. The house had not ever been pressure-washed in 30 years. They used my outdoor water faucet with their own hose. They used cleaning products that were odorless, with the exception of some bleach they needed for extra tough stains. The guys were able to get all of the accumulated mold, mildew, and tree residue off the white siding. There was mold under some of the siding that Vosco feared would drip and cause staining, but it did wash away. He was very persistent in making sure the whole house looked great, even a hard to reach area that I told him he could skip. He climbed up on the roof of my sun porch and sprayed the gutters he could reach. He even busted up a live hornets nest, one I wasn't aware of! The guys were courteous and professional throughout the appointment. They were very thorough and made sure I was pleased with the results. I would definitely hire HiCleaners again and recommend them to anyone who needs pressure washing services.

They completed the work on time. They did a good job. They came out just a week or 10 days after I purchased it. There was some confusion about how much they wanted to clean. I was not happy about that. When I purchased it, it clearly said that my house has less linear feet. They showed up, they scheduled it, and they came out. That's the good part. There was no other issue. The worst part was the confusion about how much they were going to clean. They did a good job. They came on time.

Great! They unclogged one big section and were very professional.

there was a lot of dirt around my house and on the siding. Contractors had just finished laying brick down for my patio. I had a fit with the contractor who made my house dusty, but he referred me to hi cleaners so i decided to give them a call. they made my house look new again. it also seems like its brighter.

You name it i have it, there were almost every type of window in my house and it took most of the day to clean it. At the end they didn't crack any storm windows, they didn't track dirt into my house, and they were very careful not to damage anything. I paid a little more but i would do it again for the piece of mind knowing that their entire company is covered by insurance, so in the event anything did happen, then i wouldn't have to worry.

I wanted to schedule service before the rain at the end of the week. The guy on the phone said that they had a service person in my area the same day, they stopped by quickly and completed the service. Couldn’t be happier.

My houses length of gutter was just under the promotional length so I didn’t have to pay anything extra. The service was very quick, just under an hour. I looked out my window to make sure they did a good job, and it looked completely clear.

Really straight forward, i had no problems with scheduling or with the service. My windows look better than ever and the gutters look clean as well when i look out the window.

I specified that I needed service to be done very fast because I had a party coming up soon. They made my patio look like it was new again. I’m a perfectionist so even though other people might not have noticed, I wanted to make sure it was taken care of. It looked really good, I can’t stop looking at it.

It's all about the fine print. After purchasing a coupon from them, I called to set up an appointment and they informed me that the service I needed (gutter cleaning with gutter guards) could not be completed for the price that I paid. He recommended that I contact Angie's List for a refund and that is what I did. Unfortunately, I missed that small fact that gutters with guards were an exception to this deal. My bad. They were really good about getting back to me when I contacted them and they seem like a well run team.

They came as scheduled and did a great job. They did a better job than most gutter cleaners do.

Great. The guys did an excellent job while being very personable and pleasant. They had the equipment necessary to power wash the siding up to a 38' peak.

The two young men that came were very polite and friendly. Alas, I have an older house with old style storm windows which were difficult to do. They tried their best but they were also in a hurry to go to another job so some of the windows were done in a hurry.

I requested that the guys take some leafs off my flat part of the roof. Service was very straight forward and they were able to come out to my house in 3 days. My downspouts were also cleared out. They did it pretty quick for how much gutter i had. I had about 300 foot of gutter but they offered me a big discount because some of the gutters were not too high.

The price was very reasonable so I said what the heck and just purchased it. I knew it would look better, but I was very surprised how good it looked at the end and how much they worked at it. I feel like I got more than what I paid for. Thank you!

I just painted my house so I wanted to make sure that they didn’t chip the paint by accident, they used the low pressure setting on their machine and greenwash. It did the trick! My house doesn’t have any more dust on it.

After a big rain i noticed that some water was leaking from a seam. I called HiCleaners and they put some silicone to seal it up and it doesn't leak anymore. I had some gutters that were clogged that they brought to my attention when they were up there, so i paid them to clean them out. i can see part of the gutter from a window and it looks like they did a very good job.

These guys did an amazing job, i was getting ready to sell my house, so i wanted to make sure everything looked new without having to replace everything. They were stuck in traffic before they arrived to my house, but they let me know that they would be a little late which is awesome because i had time to stop and get a coffee. They did such a good job that I'm almost regretting selling the house.

This was a big deal purchase. I did not think it was that great, to be honest. I don't know if it was because I wasn't going to be home and they did not do a great job or what. I just expected to come home and see my house kind of like gleaming because when I power wash it it comes out really, really nice and there were a lot of streaks. I never actually called them back to be honest. It was $200 so I am not going to go crying over $200. It wasn't great. It does not even look like the windows were even touched. Inside the window sills there is still dirt and stuff. The gutters all still look dirty and that was supposed to be part of it as well too. It just wasn't a great job. I wasn't able to be there when they were there. I did not pay more than the $199. They were very communicative; they called and set everything up very nicely, but the job was not done as well as I thought it would be when I came home. My interaction with them was fine. I probably would not recommend them. I would recommend to them not to rush so much, because usually when you power wash you've got to kind of go back there because stuff drips out and leaves stains on it and stuff. They could do a better job and be a little more meticulous. They did come when they said they were going to come.

they were great. I had to call them back to redo a large window above my front door. they answered the phone, returned my call and came back out to my house when they said they would. Very, Very Good service. I would use them again
