Almost immediate contact to schedule, then worked with me to finalize. Punctual for work, polite, professional and quick. Paid extra for total of 25 windows. At my request, provided quote for gutter cleaning as well.

HiCleaners exceeded my expectations for the amount of work performed. They arrived promptly and did a quality job, leaving without a mess. The communication was excellent, albeit the work needed to be rescheduled twice due to weather. I highly recommend them.

The service person was 90 minuts late which he explained was due to previous customer wanting additional work done. With the sun shining through my patio doors there is considerable haze and streaks which are very noticeable uring the daytime. The other areas don't show as much because the sunshine doesn't hit them the same way. I originally gave this company a C rating but then they returned to my house and took care of the smudges and watermarks that were left. The windows are bright and shiny now. i would use them again.

I'm completely satisfied with the service I received. The tech arrived early and did a very thorough job. They were flexible on scheduling and the price was fair. I would recommend 100%

They came and shoveled the walkway and the stairs. I had snow on the awning and one of the guys removed from there. Took a little bit longer to show up but overall they did a good job.

Went well, Mold was gone after the job was done.

Edward came with one more technician around 9.30am. They started with the gutters and finished with the deck. I'm extremely satisfied with the service.

They were also professional, timely and I would also use them again, it was a pretty quick service so, they didn't do a ton of work for me, there were two guys very professional. They did the work that they would do.

It worked out fine. They even called me and told me that part of my roof need replacing. They were very good, really professional and honest. They called and they took pictures. I was at work, they came at the time they said.

HiCleaners was good. They came up pretty quick, probably within a week or so when I called them. I left them a message actually, but they called me right back. They came right out. I didn't need to be home or anything because it was just gutter cleaning so they came out. They just gave me a call when they were done to let me know they were done. Everything was just nice and easy. I'll absolutely use them again.

I was looking to get my roof soft washed and called HiCleaners. The owner was very informative and scheduled a free estimate right away. The job was done in four days after the estimate. Will hire them in the future for window cleaning.

They did amazing job. House looks like brand new and windows are sparkling. Will hire again in the spring.

It worked out well once it got done yes.I think it was just the way that it took time to get them here and then once they were here they did do a good job it just took time, more time then I expected.

They made sure to not make a mess in my house. I have white carpets. They seem like they actually care about your stuff. The screens look like new again. And the windows don't have anymore dirt on them.

Such a good service, i paid 99 dollars and i got my entire house done. I used to do the gutters myself, but its so much easier to just hire these guys. It saves me a lot of time, it took me 3 hours to do on my own and hi cleaners did it in 30 minutes.

They look at my gutters to see if anything was wrong with them, and there was nothing. Big relief for me, however they did say i had a lot of leafs and clogged downspouts. so i think i payed them 99 dollars to do the entire job. Very good service and very affordable.

They did such a good job, very nice people, they make you feel like its your friend cleaning the gutters. I talked with hem the whole time they cleaned my gutters, they are so educated and presentable. You would think they belong wearing a suit and working in Boston.
