Tech arrived on time and surveyed what needed to be done. Very professional, careful about plantings, left no mess. Would hire again.

My initial experience was not as I expected, but when I heard back from the owner Ivan Genchev, he explained the situation and came back to my house to do the Gutter Cleaning. He was very professional and thoroughly cleaned all gutters in my house. I would definitely hire HiCleaners to do any future work at my house.

There were communication problems through the holiday season. I cancelled and found another avenue to accomplish the gutter cleaning. Hi Clear did refund my payment apparently . Mr. Genchev has been anxious to be very accommodating, therefore, I would like to improve my rating to B level; I will plan to call his company in the fall. Thank you. Betsy Smith

Excellent, punctual, professional service.

They came to do both, said at the door that they didn't have time to do both and left. One came back later that day and did the gutter cleaning. They planned to do a couple of small repairs at the seams of the gutter when they returned to do windows. I made several attempts to schedule the window cleaning to no avail. I cancelled the window cleaning part in late December.

I wasn't there--I trust they did a good job!

I was not on site, however they kept in touch by phone regarding certain minor repair issues they discovered. Very pleased with the job they did. Would recommend.

There was a huge problem with timing and gutters freezing before cleaning, but we worked it out.

Initially they canceled the appointment because the guy drove by and thought my address was the big 3 family that is in front of my house, the deal only covered houses up to 2 stories. I called them to reschedule and explained it was the little house behind the 3 family, and once that was cleared up the guy came quickly and did a good job clearing the cutters and cleaning up at the end. I would use them again, now that they know which house is mine.

Eddy, if i remembered his name well, did excellent work, The weather was cold but he worked very hard and turned out he did good job.

Came one day after the scheduled date without updating me, but once contact was made, they were very responsive.

It was originally scheduled for Dec. 17th which ended up being a horrid snowy day. I was a little bothered that they didn't call to confirm the cancellation, but I don't fault them for that. I had tried reaching out multiple times to reschedule the service, but unfortunately wasn't able to get into contact within my desired time-frame and ultimately chose to go with a different company.

Crew arrived on time and quoted a price which agreed with my own measurements. The work was performed without any issues and since it took less time than expected the cost was reduced.

They did a pretty good job. They did a good job and I was satisfied with what they did. I don't have anything negative to say about them. Price, I cant tell you because I only had one guy. I didn't go out and ask people for the cost. Punctuality, they were pretty good. I think I would use them again.

They didn't show up for the first appointment we had set. Then I called him on the phone and he said that he couldn't come out since it was snowing. I asked when he could come out. Then he started talking about the Angie's list price and he has to take care of his regular customers. I asked him if he could in January. He said he didn't know if he would be able to come out before then spring. I had to call Angie's List just to get him to return my phone call.... However, despite this initial setback, they did a thorough job once they were able to come out, such that I have changed the their grade from a F to an A! I would use them again.

Didn't do anything, called to late for me to find anybody else VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

It went great! They came on time and notified me that I have more feet of gutters than was offered in the deal and I agreed to pay the extra. They went to work and did a thorough job. Very pleasant and very professional!

It's okay, it's okay. The only thing is the price, I just wanted whatever they say they shouldn't charge more for that.

The work that was done was was high quality, but it was not communicated to me until halfway through the window cleaning that it cost extra to clean the screens. I felt that should have been made known up front.

Was really impressed by the speed, efficiency and thoroughness of the crew. Not only did they show up on time, they even called ahead to confirm their arrival, and then showed up as expected, asked me for a quick tour so that they could see which windows I wanted them to clean, took some notes, and then first went outside and took down the storm windows and cleaned them, and then came inside and did all of the rest of windows. I think all told, they were done in less than 2 hours. I will definitely hire them again!

He came on the arranged date on time. Cleaned the gutter and cleaned up the ground as well. Very polite and professional young man.
