Ivan at Hi Cleaners was professional, quick and honored the (lower) price I was originally quoted, even though it turns out that wasn't their standard rate. He showed me pictures he took of the gutters since I dont have a ladder tall enough to reach them, and even let me climb up the ladder to take a look at them to diagnose a leaking issue I had. Additionally, he recommended his associate Nick who does the install and repair part of the business, who was equally helpful and friendly. He installed a drip shield on my gutter to prevent leaks onto the fascia board, which worked partially, but it turned out my roof had a leak as well. Even though he doesnt do roof work, he sent some pictures of the issue to a roofer friend of his and was able to come back to the house and solve the problem with some glue at no extra charge! I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants prompt, courteous and affordable gutter service. Keep up the good work.

It was a special for $199 for House Pressure-Washing Plus Bonus Service. It was another $130 in addition because it was a house 15000 sq ft and our house is 2200 or something. They were very good and worked very hard. When I look at other prices for the power washing that was about right. He was late from another job but he called me so I would not discredit him for that.

Berger truly puts the customer first!! Quality was superior but the customer service was absolutely the best I have ever experienced! Will definitely use again. Super value for money spent!!!

Ivan emailed us the day we signed up for the service and we scheduled a time for them to come. The fellow who came was excellent-- prompt and efficient, and sent a helpful photo of the job once it was done (I'm afraid I didn't keep it).

Excellent...done to my satisfaction

I paid for this service through and Angie's special offering 199 linear feet of gutter cleaned for 99$ which is about half of what the service usually cost. Young Ivan arrived promptly, swiftly executed the job, and didn't bother charging me for the few feet over 100 that my gutters actually ran. Would definitely use him again.

I had an 10:30 appointment to take adavantage of the $99 gutter cleaning deal. At 10:38 I received a phone call stating he was running late and would be at my house about 12. At 12:43 I called to ask if he was still coming and he states he was still tied up and would come when he was done. I didn't do anything I needed to do that day waiting for him to come. When he finally arrived at 4:50 he told me my two family home was actually three stories and was going to be $160. I refused to pay more, so he left. He wasted my entire day.

Our house is over 110 yrs. old and most of the windows on the ground floor are original, plus the storm windows date from probably the 1950's---making just the prep for cleaning a real challenge. Edward was meticulous in explaining how he would tackle the project, creative in his "work-arounds" for a couple of the windows and did an excellent job. We would definitely hire them again.
