First off, I would say Michael is a nice guy and does try to work with you on your project quickly and as soon as possible. Not sure if his experience is limited to outdoor work but I had him do some work on my bathroom ceiling. He came in to take a look and an initial assessment of the work. I have popcorn ceiling and so when he came (with one other worker) a couple weeks later to do the job, he was a bit caught off guard and alarmed by the condition of the popcorn ceiling. He showed me the problem areas and recommended doing just plaster and paint over the popcorn. Said it wouldn't look completely smooth and that certain areas would still show popcorn. Fast forward multiple hours later, they finished but didn't really finish. The edges all around the ceiling were certainly not painted (you could tell by the color difference of the white paint and the plaster grey). Areas of the ceiling look like the plaster is coming off and you can see cracks everywhere on the surface of the ceiling. My guess is that the plaster didn't set/dry properly before painting. All in all, the ceiling looks pretty rough. I did some researching online and had another guy come in to take a look and what I found online and the second contractor recommended that I could've just but up different types of boards right over the popcorn ceiling. This wasn't a recommendation that I was made aware of during the work. Michael offered to come back to take a look but we decided to bring in someone else to reassess and fix our ceiling. As one positive, Michael did agree to a partial refund on the job, although a much lower amount that I would have liked. I'm not sure if it's lack of experience (I noticed both times he came over, he didn't bring a step stool or ladder despite knowing the job was for a ceiling) but based on his missing some key things during the initial assessment and the lack of professional finish on the job he and his worker did, I would not recommend hiring him for any significant indoor work. He did quote me a low price for the job but based on what others had quoted me, I should have known that the price was a bit too good to be true. This was a "you get what you pay for" lesson for me.

As a fellow, small-business owner it s important to me to support other local businesses. Michael & his team are phenomenal, I am so glad I found them. They are responsive, fairly priced, genuine, & do a fantastic job. So far they have helped me with both snow & junk removal. I love that I can call Michael for just about anything I need help with, and certainly will be utilizing his services in the near future. Also, don t his age fool you, this guy is a classic renaissance man! I highly recommend Marckini s Property s services for any job you are looking to have done.

He promised he will come back to finish the work but didn t show up I called multiple times but didn t answer.Extremely unprofessional and wasted my time and money.

I hired them to do some pretty extensive work on my deck that included massive sanding and staining. Job was done very quickly and it looks fantastic. They are great at communicating daily projects updates. Highly recommend

Do not use him he lies and takes your never complete the work.

They did not do the work per verbal agreement , the work that they did was very poor quality. Money is not worth it.

Comment: I hired Michael, with Marckini's Property Services for carpet cleaning at my home. Michael is knowledgeable, skillful, professional and personable. He is very concerned and committed about the customers' satisfaction. In scheduling , he works hard to accommodate the customer. Based on my experience with his carpet cleaning performance, I would highly recommend Michael Marckini.

Michael was exceptionally prompt, professional, and communicative; and even found an easy way for me to pay for his service, since I am out of town. Michael responded quickly and started the work immediately. He and his crew did a really thorough job, and he communicated clearly with me throughout the process. I'm very satisifed with their work.

Mr. Marckini did an excellent job cutting the overhanging branches in my back yard. He is very personable, thorough and assiduous, returns phone calls, very professional and reasonably priced the work to be done. He makes sure he gives customer satisfaction and knows it is crucial for repeat and new business. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Marckini and I will hire him again in the future.

They did fantastic work. They just expanded to my area and underestimated the size of the job and price, but we worked it out and they busted their butts. Very happy,very satisfied.
