While the price was a bit expensive (guess I was expecting something around $150), the service was great. They arrived exactly when they said they would, did the work quickly, and spoke with me following to tell me what to expect and re-enforce their warranty. Great service.

A 1 Exterminators was so very helpful. This was a stressful and scary situation and they were calm and professional. They did have to come back twice because they couldn't find the bat the first time. This company is very customer oriented and easy to work with. They came right away.

We have been very happy with A-1. They call in advance to let us know when they will arrive and are very thorough in searching the house for signs of infestation or rodents. We once had an issue with carpenter ants and they came our right away and used a child-friendly insecticide that eliminated the problem within days. Going the extra step, the technician then applied a foam sealant around all radiator pipe holes in the floors to further prevent insects from coming into the living areas.

It was easy to schedule an appointment at my convenience. The technician who came was knowledgeable and explained everything that he would be doing. He did an inspection of all the interior spaces and exterior to look for signs of vermin or insect infestation. He sprayed and asked me to evacuate the premises. Was punctual and professional.
