I had several problems with Lakeview: 1) When they did the original priming of my irrigation system they insisted on charging me for the service even though my builder had told me that it would be no charge. Lakeview wasn't willing to forego $70 in order to begin building a relationship with a potential long-term customer. 2) When I discovered a leak in my system I had to call Lakeview at least 3 or 4 time in order to get them to call back 3) After fixing the leak in the system, they insisted that the leak was my fault even though I believe it was due to defective installation. They were rude and unhelpful during the conversation and simply insisted they be paid in full for work that never should have had to be done in the first place. 4) They provided no information about how to care for or service the irrigation system (I have never owned one before) and treated me like I was stupid when I didn't know how to do it. Overall my impression is that Lakeview performs poor quality work, is poorly managed, is rude, and is (perhaps) dishonest.
Description of Work: Lakeview installed the irrigation system in my house which I bought from the builder. Lakeview primed the irrigation system and fixed a leak in the system.
