Jim Brown was referred to us by our neighbor. Jim was excellent. He was very accommodating and his estimate was right in line with the Insurance claim. This helped us to avoid any back-and-forth with the Insurance.
Jim also did the process appropriately - using all the appropriate local permitting and following the standard testing guidelines after the mold was removed.
On top of finishing promptly & pricing competitively, Jim also fixed several items that have been broken in the past. This wasn't in his scope of work, but he just took it upon himself to do some extras.
