Description of Work: NE Gutter Kings were very professional. They did have to come back once to fix something that was not correct, but they did so right away and fixed the problem. We were very satisfied with this company.

Description of Work: I had a section of gutter that was overflowing during heavy rains/snows, with water running down the outside wall of my house. They correctly diagnosed that the original co. had too many roofs and downspouts all flowing into that one section of gutter, and that the gutter wasn't pitched steeply enough to drain quickly. | |They installed a new, larger-size section and gave it more pitch. They also added some extra flashing at the top of this gutter (and all my gutters) to deal with the problem of water running down behind the gutter. | |Both fixes worked perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal. I received a call from gutter kings but I wanted the service provided in the spring. When I checked the "deal" I saw the deal had expired. I called and emailed to see if they would honor it. I received an email back stating they would do the work but not at the "deal" price. They stated to get in touch with Angie's List and ask for a refund because no work had been performed. That's when I emailed Angie's List.

Description of Work: When I talked with the office to set up the appointment I told them that they would need a forty foot ladder to reach the uppermost gutters and they told me they would make sure they had one long enough when they came.The first time they came it was pouring rain and they could not complete the job because the roof was too high and slippery to climb on and they only had a 32 foot ladder.. I waited two weeks and called back. They said they weren't aware that the job was not completed. They sent a second crew to do the high area. When they left I checked what I could and found the gutters still contained leaves. They also left their hose behind.

Description of Work: The cleaned my gutters on the day they stated. They removed all leaves and twigs from the gutters, and hauled it away with them.

Description of Work: I believe that they did a good job, based on the report I received afterwards. The work was to clean the gutters on my house. The problem that arose was scheduling. I explained that I wanted to be present when the crew did the work. At first, they wanted an extra $25.00 for a specific appointment. I demurred, and they agreed to come on a date certain, in a time window (12:00-3:00), without an extra payement. When I arrived about 11:00 AM, I found an invoice in my door entry stating that the job was already done. I called up afterwards, and was informed that they had come earlier than planned without the knowledge of the man who scheduled the job. But he was courteous and apologetic. At my request, he spoke with the crew and gave me a report about what they had found and done. This was helpful. It sounded like they did the job thoroughly and well (although their coming when I wasn't present meant that I couldn't turn on the outside water for them to flush the gutters, so they had to do the job without water). I also appreciated that they reached out to me to schedule the work before winter weather set in.

Description of Work: Extremely professional. Scheduled the appointment at my convenience. Called to confirm and then rescheduled at my request with no problem. Once again, called to confirm and arrived at the appointed time without incident, delay, or excuses. No worries with this group.

Description of Work: NE Gutter King was prompt and professional. Front and rear gutters were cleaned as promised. Would not hesitate to use them again.
