After some investigation we discovered that this member did not receive his estimate because we had the wrong email address. We emailed the member today to follow up on his feedback and it bounced back, we then called him and confirmed what his email address is and we had accidentally entered and additional letter . The member did not want to meet with us at the property in Rye NH (2nd home?) when he called requesting an estimate and requested that we email it to him. We did the estimate promptly (less then a week after his request) but unfortunately our copier with email function doesn't notify us if an email bounces back. We have no record of subsequent calls, but are not calling him a liar. We do regularly receive calls from people with questions about their estimates (10 -20 calls a day), and from customers who may be waiting from estimates but always follow up. We have 3 full time outside estimators and 1 full time inside estimators who sole duty is to provide no cost, commission free estimates. A home in Rye NH is not one that would choice to miss especially after opening a sales office in N. Hampton NH (a few miles from Rye). I think the customer is being a bit harsh (de-listed?). By the way, we received the following email from Angie's List today - "Congratulations—you have made another one of Angie's List Honor Rolls! I just wanted to let you know that you will be featured in the January edition of our monthly magazine."
