Their estimator arrived at the agreed upon time a couple of days after my initial inquiry. He was both knowledgeable and helpful in presenting different options . The crew showed up a few days later as they promised and did a nice clean job of removing and installing new gutters and flashing. I would highly recommend them.

Everything turned out very well. I thought their price was reasonable. They came when they said they would. They finished the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall the work seemed fine, they arrived as scheduled and cleaned the gutters. The did leave behind a trash bag full of debris, even though they guarantee to not leave dirt behind. Two men did the job, and both were polite and Scheduling was kind of annoying, I had one positive experience with a phone person and one not so positive, like I was bothering her and she was not interested in helping me. I got an estimate at the time to put up more gutters but didn't use them because of the above issues.

They did an excellent job. They arrived just when they said they would. They did not forget the little things that I had asked them to do. I was highly pleased and their price was reasonable. The person who came out was punctual; in fact he came out early. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided excellent service. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them highly.

They were very patient with requests for variations/choices in their estimate, as we have a tricky situation in the back of the house and wanted to consider various options. The work done seems to be fine, but I am giving them a C in professionalism because they left shavings of metal and very sharp gutter nails all over our yard. Our dog has cut herself several times on pieces I missed when trying to clean up after them. Be very aware that if you have small children or pets, or people who walk around barefoot in your lawn, you must be very vigilant to make sure they clean up and will probably need to sweep the yard for metal scraps after they leave.

Gutter removal was done on short notice (2 days) in order to expose the surface under the gutters for a whole house paint job. The paint job was delayed due to bad weather for ~10 days but as soon as my paint job was done, NE Gutter Kings went in within 1 week, and installed new covered gutters. Two of the underground pipes that guide water away from the foundation were burried, but the crew took the trouble of diging them out in order to make sure water would flow away from my house's foundation. The job was done in less than 1 day. No trash was left behind, and no nails were left behind in the driveway. A job well done.

We've used New England Gutter Kings twice now for gutter cleaning, once in the fall and again in the spring. Both times they were efficient and the gutters have worked well since. They leave a report on the state of the gutters which is useful. No need to be home while they're working.

I had a very good experience with New England Gutter Kings. My gutters would overflow during heavy rain, so I left a voicemail with the company and my call was returned promptly. After I described my house, they were able to tell me over the phone whether they could do the job, gave a price estimate and precise time frame when the job could be performed. I had several specific requests for them regarding my house, which they handled just fine. When the job was complete, they left a detailed inspection report. My gutters work great and I would use New England Gutter Kings again.

The estimator was prompt, punctual and provided an estimate on time. The work was scheduled as soon as they received the deposit. The repair work was carried out professionally and to our satisfaction. they install attic insulation and we had them perform the same and that too was done to our satisfaction

They were late, and I had to leave right when the guy arrived. I just pointed to show them where I wanted the gutters and left. They left an estimate over the phone. The estimate seemed fair. I have gotten a few estimates. Their estimate was on the high end. The guy showed up late, but he seemed to know what he was doing. The estimate seemed professionally delivered.

New England Gutter Kings were amazing. they were very fast responding, giving us a quote and doing the work. we have a large house and it took them two days to take the old gutters down and two days to put the new ones up. they were punctual and they cleaned up after themselves really well. they were very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right gutters, which was not easy because our roof is made of several different parts with different pitches.

They were fine overall. They came and gave an estimate while I wasn?t here, so I talked to them on the telephone. I hired them, and they came and did the work. It was all done exactly the way they said it would be done. We?ve been satisfied with it. They weren?t out of line in terms of the price. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

When they came over to give an estimate, they took the time to answer all of my questions and provided great advice on how to keep water away from the house. They provided me with various options and recommended the most cost efficient solution. They called the day before, and came in the morning to start work. They worked efficiently, removing all of the old gutters and installing the new system. It took most of the day. When they were done, they left the property cleaner than when they started. The final product works and looks great.

I spoke with someone straight away who gave me an estimate in line with what I would normally pay in this area for gutter cleaning services. A timeline was given for the services along with clear instructions regarding access to water etc. The guys showed up on the day indicated and I paid exactly what they had estimated. Work was done quickly and thoroughly. A very professional and pleasant experience, I will certainly be using them again in the future for gutter cleaning work.

The job went very well. They visited on the day they arranged, and provided me a quote. I could not be at home at that time, but since they could look at the gutter without my presence, I did not have to be home. On a later date (about a week later) they came back, and performed the job, with no issues.

NE Gutter Kings was one of 3 companies I had give me quotes. My house is a small cape, and they were the only ones who actually took my rainwater removal concerns seriously (My property is graded and water in the basement is a huge concern every time it rains). The salesman Craig was wonderful, and even came up with a new idea/system to move one downspout from the back of the house to the front, thereby eliminating even more water from potentially going into the basement/foundation. In addition, due to the several trees I have surrounding my house, he suggested using wider downspouts, which is great, they had previously been directed right into the ground, and were so small and clogged the water was running back up! The day of the work, the workers showed up not just on time but a bit early (on a Monday during football season!) and worked hard all day, leaving very little in the way of debris. I'm very happy with my new gutters and downspouts, and would definitely recommend them to others; I plan on using them to clean my gutters going forward. Due to illness, I have not yet gone out during a rainstorm to see exactly how everything is doing, but it seems to be fine. I still recommend them. Very professional sales response and high quality product. I chose not to go with them because they were the highest priced and were really offering me more gutter than I needed. It you want really, really nice gutters with a nice finish and design detail, contact them. I just wanted new gutters to move the water away from the house which I got for 60% of the NE Gutter King estimate

Everything went extremely well. There was a small "bump" early on, as I had set up an appointment with the receptionist when I called the company. I waited for the estimator, but nobody came. As it turned out, apparently she had not entered the appointment into their computer system, so no estimator was assigned to come out. Keith at their company was excellent in sorting this out, and we made an arrangement for Craig to come out to do the estimate. He was prompt, professional, and very helpful. He also offered us a break, given the snafu in the earlier scheduling. After reviewing the estimate and looking around, we went with this company. Today, Ronny and Manny showed up to install the gutters, covers, and downspouts. They were on time, and were done within the estimated time. They worked with us to determine where to direct water from the back of the house, which we appreciated. There appeared to us to be efficient, careful, and professional. We hope this will reduce the amount of water around the foundation when it rains this Fall and next Spring!
