The people came, did the job, and left.

Fabulous. I didn't even have to be at the house for the cleaning (though I was)! Quick, easy and thorough. Took all of the icky stuff from the gutters with them. Yea!

We have used them each year to clean the gutters, I have not had any issues.

Took advantage of an Angie's List deal and could not have been happier. They were super easy to deal with and did a great job. Would definitely use them again in the future.

This was my first experience with using a business located through Angie's List. Health issues prevent me from doing this work myself right now. I placed the order and received an email reply from the company within 8 hours asking me to contact them to set up the work. I called and was told I could select the week of the service and they would call me the day before to confirm the day of service. This would work well for my situation since the gutter cleaning was for a two family home that I rent and I live approximately 20 miles away. I wanted to be there when the work was done and this schedule arrangement allowed me to do that. I was also told I would receive an 8 point written report about the condition of the gutters and their recommendations. My dismay is that I never receievd a call when they were coming. I never recieved the written report. I always make one stop each week at the property to check everything. I found a trash bag of what appeared to be gutter debris next to the trash container. I was a little surprised at the small amount but I've cleaned enough gutters to know it did come from the gutters and I could see where the gutters were soiled during the cleaning. Their initial quick response and flexibility for scheduling was terrific. But I am very dissapointed about the follow through with the rest of the experience. I have not been able to have the gutters cleaned ror a few years and I specifically wanted to be there to monitor the work. It was somewhat difficult to complete the rating chart. I can rate the initial contact very good but the follow up on the bad end and may explain the skewed range of answers.

New England Gutter Kings arrived exactly on time and quickly got to work. They cleaned out the leaves from the front and back gutters as well as the downspouts, flushing them out with a hose after cleaning. They sprayed the deck with water to eliminate standing leaves and were done in about an hour. They were efficient and polite. It was money well spent.

They came when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently.

Work was performed on time and as described in the estimate.

We purchased the coupon special on Angie's List. When I phoned for an appointment date, I was told that the date had expired for that coupon. When I pointed out that the coupon was good through April 2013, the person on the phone had to speak to three different people until they relented and gave me a date. The only indication that I had that they were there on the appointed day was an invoice left on the steps. The gutters were full of leaves. Both the nanny and I were home that day - all day - and if there had been a problem - or if they had driven into the driveway to do that cleaning not only would one of us have seen them but we would have noted that someone was using the outside water. We had no indication of that at any time during the day. Suffice it said that with the initial response of not wanting to honor the coupon and the fact that in no way did they attempt to alert me to the fact that they were on the premises - nor were the gutters cleaned that I could see - added to the fact that they did not take any time to discuss any additional work was seemed very odd in that the gutters on the garage and the sunroom were in obvious need of cleaning, again, if indeed they were actually on the premises... this is not an experience I would want to repeat.

They arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the work quickly. The cost ended up being higher than we'd anticipated. When I scheduled the work, the person I spoke with was very clear that the quoted price covered the main house only, not any additional structures, such as a garage. Since we don't have any other buildings, I didn't think that was a factor. But it turns out that the quoted price also didn't include the roof over porches or bump-outs, for which there was an additional charge. It would have been nice to have the scheduler explain that to me, too. Be sure to read the fine print!

NEGK completed the job when I was not home.

I am very pleased with the entire experience with Gutter Kings. They were very responsive to my emails. They called a day ahead and showed up the next day. I was not home at the time but the gutters were cleaned as requested and an Inspection report was provided. I would definitely recommend New England Gutter King and will do business with them in the future.

It was an Angie's list deal and they called several times to schedule a time to do the cleaning. They were very responsive and I believe they did a reasonable job. (I cannot see up on my roof to actually check).

Efficiently and professionally done. I discovered this company through Angie's List and have used them for 3 seasons. I appreciate as well their reports on the condition of my gutter system and other parts of the roof, which I can't always see.

Very professional from start to finish. When I called the scheduler, she was quite courteous and efficient. The work crew showed up on time, as scheduled, and proceeded to do the work professionally. I was a bit concerned that the crew would "find" a need for repair that would have require significant additional costs. (Forgive my cynicism, but too often low priced basic service is a ruse to "find" other expensive, problems. Yet, the crew was very honest and described the quality of my gutters as good, even after 15 years in service. I would definitely recommend.

The two men that showed up were both quick and professional. When they were done, everything was cleaned up and made neat and tidy. I would most surely have them back again and would recomend them.

They were on time, worked fast and did a very good job in cleaning the gutters. They evaluated the draining issues and made recommendations (which -alas!!!- did not include more expenses).

The company was very responsive, and it was a pleasure to deal with the office staff. Ultimately, they did a great job with the cleaning.

Went fine. Although this was technically addressed in the "fine print" I am annoyed the company charged an extra $35 each for the attached garage and side porch even thought these structures are very much a part of the main house. Otherwise, the job was professional and I would consider their services again.

The day before they were scheduled to come out, my wife called them and said we had a conflict and we would call back to reschedule. They showed up anyway and happened to catch my wife coming out the door to her appointment. They did not go up to look, they said that unless we had the gutters cleaned recently, it didn't make sense. They left after looking around while on the ground. We then received a bill for $85. My wife called, spoke to a manager who said it was a mistake and that he would reverse the charge. We then received another bill with a letter that indicated that since we had not had the gutters cleaned before their visit (this was the first we had heard of this), they couldn't go up to look, and, therefore, decided to charge us anyway. My wife called back again and the result was a letter with an estimate to replace the flashing on all of the gutters. Now, they were not even up to look at the gutters and that did not address our original problem. Now, we have received a letter from a collection agency for the charge we should not have received. These guys are crooks...

I was pleased with the work and will call them again.

New England Gutter Kings were fine. I had in mind what I wanted to them to do. They actually had to go back and forth a couple of times on the gutter to get it just exactly right. I have a pretty complicated roof and I knew where I wanted gutter and where I didn't want gutter, so we went back and forth a couple of times on design. They probably could have been better at figuring out what I wanted. They got it right and I was pretty satisfied. I didn't really get to test it out last year, because we didn't get a lot of snow. Their price was on the high side, but the did more. Their price was good. I gave them a B in responsiveness, because they didn't get it done as I had hoped.
