I can't say enough. Prompt, great service and good pricing. Since we had a tankless water heater that could't deliver adequate hot water, we installed a holding tank. In addition, a few months later, our washing machine valves wouldn't shut off completely and it was leaking water all over the floor. Bob was willing to come out, but said it was a simple fix and he walked me through the emergency repair over the phone since I already had the part.

Great job - arrived on time, made himself available after hours, was very honest and professional.

Matt and Jake arrived on schedule which was important as we had to coordinate with the city as well to turn off the water to the house. They were professional and efficient and we would not hesitate using this service again. An excellent company to work with.

Met with Bob to find a water leak. Tried other providers in the area and but nothing worked. Bob was able to come quickly to the site and was able to figure out the issue right away. The leak that's happening is very hard to find but he is able to get to it right away and suggested a fix for it. After the fix, never leaked again. He saved lot of money for me. Other plumbing contractors said hard ways which would have costed lot of money. Hard to find people like Bob who know how to do it. Plumbing issues are very hard to track down and Bob is very efficient in diagnosing the issues. He replaced a portion of the main drain pipe as well.

Jake and Matt were very polite and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I'll be calling them again soon.

Scheduled us for the next day, gave us a time frame, called ahead. Ballpark estimate was right on the mark. Work was efficient and capably done with an appreciation for an older house. Thank you, Bob!

The Toto Heated Seat and wash is not a simple installation. It took some time to get it in place due to the floor in the bathroom not being perfectly level. Guys were great, they hung in there are completed the job

Two associates came as planned and investigated issue. Their initial assessment was that their was no leak in pipe and simply applied caulking on tub. This did not resolve the issue and owner apologized and quickly rescheduled a second visit to rectify the issue. Came as planned and tightened valve and applied more caulking. Followed up to ensure issue was fixed (it was!) and was only charged for initial visit.

They were on time and very knowledgeable. Honest. I would hire them again when needed.

Quick and easy installation of a new sink/vanity in the bath. Knowledgeable and willing to answer new-homeowner questions. Came back a few days later to look at the kitchen faucet, pronounced the leak fixable with tape and didn't charge for the visit.

His crew showed up on time, very professional, it was done quickly and the problem was resolved. Definately use them again

Bob was fairly easy to get a hold of and offered a very competitive price for the amount of work done. He gave me a good recommendation on the brand and size of indirect hot water heater (HTC, 60 gallon) which was validated by other quotes. He and an assistant showed up on time and took care of installing the hot water heater in a single day and Bob returned the next day to finish off the heater and complete the smaller items. I've called Bob on a separate occasion for a water softener referral and he was happy to help. I feel that I have found my go to plumber for any future work I might need.

Reviewed the water damage and suggested some work that we could do to fix this issue. He also offered to come back and do a more invasive review if these fixes did not address the issue. He suggestions paid off and we have had no further leakage. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and honesty in his assessment and I would definitely use him again.

One morning two days before Christmas I called Bob to replace a washing machine valve that would not stop leaking and prevented using the washing machine. He answered the phone personally and told me he might be able to take care of the problem that afternoon if his earlier appointment ended early, but he would call to let me know. He called later in the afternoon to inform me he wouldn't be able to do it until the next morning. Bob and Jake came Christmas Eve morning to save the day. He replaced the valve I supplied and closed up the hole with an access panel leaving a very finished appearance in the laundry area. In a short time, we went from non- use of the washing machine to a state of normalcy. Bob and Jake are two of the nicest people you will meet. They were punctual and did a superior job. I would and have recommended them to others. Bob and Jake are our go-to-plumbers when we need help.

He is responsive, professional and an all overall nice guy.

Bob West responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He came over with his assistant Jake, and they were both very friendly and professional. (You often hear stories of contractors being late, but he actually came early - his previous job ended earlier than expected, so he called and offered to come over sooner, for which I was delighted.) Bob very quickly found the reason for the leak, and he and Jake replaced the faulty water line, which allowed us to turn the water back on to our fridge. His pricing was very reasonable, and as my husband said right after Bob left, "And now we have ICE!"

Quick return phone call, even though Bob was on vacation. Able to get me scheduled quickly and the work went smoothly. Jake was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

Bob and his crew are professional and courteous. I've already recommended Bob to friends. Bob is top notch. I researched the Viessmann, plus boilers other installers recommended (installers I obviously did not select). Bob knows his business. He selects selects and installs efficient reliable equipment.

Bob came and gave us an idea of what he thought was going on and what it would take to fix the problem. We made an appointment for a couple days later and he came with his partner and got the job done except for one part that was needed unexpectedly. The fixtures were pretty much jammed. We were very happy with his work and I am ecstatic that I now have enough water pressure to wash a large dog! I would certainly hire him again!

The service was excellent. Jake wasted no time and bounced from one issue to the next. When the tank issued reared its ugly head he was quick so show me the issue, explain what was needed then ran out to the store for the parts since this was not an expected part of the job. He showed great professionalism. I will definitely hire them again if the need arises. Thank you Bob & Jake.
