Description of Work: Replace old copper pipe underneath kitchen sink and installed a new dishwasher. Rob got there on time, cleaned up everything before he left and made sure everything was working perfectly with no leaks.

Description of Work: RH WEST PLUMBING AND HEATING is awesome. Bob the owner is super responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and very fair with pricing. He saved me a lot of money and is very honest. He showed up as scheduled and promised. I would recommend him and his company to anyone needing service.

Description of Work: Excellent work, however was pretty expensive, and charged $125.00 per hour, plus parts. Go over the hour by 10 minutes and it's another $125.00!! Only changed out a hot water zone circulator which took less than 40 minutes.

I'm sorry that you felt as though you were overcharged, but I think you may have misunderstood my rates.I hope you don't mind If I use this as an opportunity to share my rates with others. As I told you over the phone before I came to your house, I charge $120.00 for the first hour. This is a Flat Rate Service Fee. It covers transportation to and from your job and a full hour of work. Each additional hour is $100.00 per hour and I charge by 1/2 hour intervals (So 1.5 hours would be $170). I've found the "service fee" necessary to cover the overhead it takes to get to your house. My truck is very expensive and full of thousands of dollars worth of equipment. In your case, driving 20 minutes to and from your home and spending "40 minutes" repairing your boiler would be a losing proposition for anything less. I think it is also fair to mention that this was a Saturday appointment, and I do not raise my rates for emergencies on nights and weekends. I hope this helps and we can continue to do business in the future! Thanks Again!

Description of Work: I have an older house and the kitchen sink began to leak. I called R.H. West plumbing and they got back to me within hours. We worked out an appointment time within 72 hours of my call. A contact from R.H. West called back the next day to say that one of their crews finished a job near me earlier than scheduled and offering to move up the work on my sink which I very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: I called to ask for a fix / replacement of my badly kinked and slightly leaking propane line to my kitchen range. A polite woman took my information, repeated the number back to me, and said they would give me a call back. I received no returned call. After having my propane shut off for a week I had it replaced and fixed. Still waiting for RH West to return my call as promised. Not professional.
