I need to update my rating. They were going to give me a quote for my yard work. I reached out a few times by email and phone, but no response. Bad customer service! ---------------------------------------------------------- Bijan responded to my email request promptly and showed up a few hours later to repair my lawn sprinkler system. The work was done properly and the price was reasonable. He checked the system, programmed it for the season and fixed a broken pipe and a few sprinkler heads. Bijan was friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied and will doing business with them in the future. Very prompt and easy to work with. Repaired my sprinkler system including replacing three heads, outside plumbing issues, installing a cut off if it rains and set the system for the season. Additionaly also hauled away some junk. The charge for this service was reasonable. I would recommended this firm unconditionally.

I had just purchased my first home and wanted to revitalize the front landscape. Rashidi Property Services was referred to me from a friend who used them last year for a much bigger project at his house that came out amazing. Being that this was my first home, I had no experience in seeking this type of service but Bijan (owner of RPS) was extremely helpful with assisting me in the design. He and his crew installed a 2 foot retaining wall along the driveway and curb line to raise the grade of the yard. They regraded and hydro seeded after installing a new irrigation system. Also, they planted arborvitae and put down mulch on both sides of my front stairs which really upgraded the look of my house. I was beyond thrilled with the finished product and will recommend RPS to anyone I know looking for landscaping services.

I hired Rashidi for a major excavation project trying to level my property that was causing flooding. We had to completely remodel the property. I went to a number of property management companies and some were not up to the task and others were pricing me in the high five figures. Rashidi came with a game plan, gave me a very fair quote the next day, and sent a team to begin working on the project as soon as I agreed. It was great having the team at the house. They re all really professional and clearly have a lot of fun. I will forever use Rashidi now.
