Craig arrived a little early and was very professional. He noted the jobs to be completed and went to Home Depot to buy the items. Upon his return he completed the job fast and well and very neatly. We needed an estimate for some other jobs and he provided them. We will recommend them to everyone. They are able to fix almost everything. Great work.

Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and fast in doing an excellent job with everything I asked him to do. I was amazed that he did everything and solved every problem in two hours. I really didn't think he would be able to do it, but he did. He was very accommodating and explained everything to me and solved several problems I was having for a long time. I was very pleased with his performance and also very happy to get so many projects completed.

Craftsman Andrew touched base with us the evening before to confirm schedule and work to be done. He arrived a little prior to the scheduled time, went over the work to be done, and filled out paperwork with us. The tasks above were completed during the scheduled 4 hours. We had also wanted some touchup painting in the downstairs bathroom, but that turned out to be more than could be completed in the 4 hours. Andrew was pleasant to work with, and his work was neat and professional. He cleaned up after the work and bagged waste for disposal. During the course of the work we decided that some more touchup painting (not originally planned) was needed on our wooden gutters and to completely repaint the bathroom rather than just touchup. We were very satisfied with the work completed, and will contact Handyman Matters to do this additional work.

Arrived promptly and did everything on my list, finished the job much more quickly than I expected and then did even more things that I had thought would need to wait for another day.

Received an email the day before to remind me of the appointment. Andrew arrived on time. Stayed 3 hours. Found Andrew to be very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Answered all my questions !! I was very happy with the work done. I would definitely recommend this company!

Went great! We had identifeid some maintenance/repair items that needed doing as we prepared to sell our house. The Handyman Matters guys were fast, friendly, and they did high-quality work. Our handyman offered a few suggestions for how he might have to improvise in the future if any of the repairs didn't work (but they did!).

He did not mind how big or small the job was. He had no problem fixing it. He was very knowledgeable. I was very pleased. He was extraordinarily good. I really appreciated the work he did for me.

Due to a rescheduling (on their part) of service I was crunched for time with guests coming the next day. The handyman that came was very respectful of this and did whatever he could to make sure that the job was done on time. The handyman was very good at describing what he was doing and help point out things in the house that need repair (without being sale pitchy). I felt that he could have been a little more attentive to detail to really clean up the fine details, but overall the job was done quickly and well. I would definitely have him return.

Returned phone calls promptly, was courteous, provided estimate in a timely way and was flexible about scheduling the work. The work was performed by Andrew and we had no complaints, he did a good job.

Started with a ballpark quote on the phone with Bob, the owner, and then via emails. I had all my questions answered beforehand so I new what to expect price wise. Randy showed up on time, was very pleasant and went right to work. He replaced 7 ballisters (that I had bought) on a stairway railing .They had to be sized and cut. It came out perfect. He took down 3 bedroom doors that we had someone else put up about 10 years ago that were never hung properly and wouldn't stay closed. Now they close so easy, and they stay closed. He recaulked a tub. He hung a big, heavy mirror over my fireplace. I thought the price, $503.00 was extremely fair, I originally thought I would have had to pay that for just the railing. I'm very satisfied and happy and am working on another list of things to have done, so I will definitely be hiring them again. Thank you!

He did a great job on the whole list of tasks, and even came up with an on-the-fly solution for our outdoor light fixtures. He was practical and gave good advice. I'd definitely request Brian for future work.

Perfect! Showed up on time. Took off table legs, adjusted sizing, and replaced. Really nice guy. Good price. Couldn't ask for more. Sounds like an easy project that I could have done myself, but I didn't have the right tools and didn't want to risk cutting wrong. So worth it to pay a pro to do it right while I took care of other tasks around the house at the same time, so got double accomplished during that hour!

Fantastic. Brian showed up right on time and jumped right in. He showed some hesitation about the less common requests I had of him (a drywall patch in a strange location, wallpaper on one small section of wall) but he did a fantastic and fast job on everything. They had to reschedule the appointment at the last minute, so they waived the service charge, which was good, since the new time was much less convenient for me.

All dealings with Handyman Matters both on the telephone and with our craftsman Rich were professional and pleasant. We managed to get an estimate within a day and the project was scheduled and completed very rapidly. Rich even gave me a call from the shop to let me know the cost of supplies before completing the purchase. The project ended up costing less than the estimated amount and the finish product is excellent. Thank you!

Contacts the vendor and set up an appointment for the following week. Owner answers the phone and is very professional and very easy to deal with. Worker arrived on time and surveyed the work then left to pick up needed parts. He was vey efficient, didn't waste time on the road etc and performed the services well. Explained what he did and why and let the work place clean. The only issue was how much extra to charge after going over the allotted 2 hour package. Other than that, it was a very smooth transaction and I would definitely use Handyman Matters again.

The first installation was done incorrectly. No sub-floor was installed so the tile was uneven and didn’t stick. They promptly redid the job at their own cost, no arguments, and the second installation is fine.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was excellent He was top rate, really good and fantastic. I have used them three different times. One person changed some locks, they fixed a door and did other odds and ends like that. One put in a floor one time and it was really good. They are nice people to deal with. Their service is a little pricey, but it is to be expected. People just have to think about whether they want an estimate or do they want a per/hour type of thing. I think the pricing is fair.

I called Handyman Matters and got an appointment for just a couple of days later. The handyman (Craig) arrived exactly on time and performed the services well and quickly in the amount of time they had estimated. Would definitely use them again.

It turned out terrific and he came out shortly after I purchased a Big Deal special offer. They are capable of doing almost anything I ask. They did a great job and I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine. I just paid the $99 Big Deal price. They were actually able to get through my project list in the allotted time. Nothing really stood out. The guy actually had to come back because he installed a new shower head and he didn't test it, and I didn't test it. When we did a run through it dripped so he had to come back and do that. I had a list for them and he walked through it. It was all pretty simple stuff. We went over the list when he was done. He was here when he was supposed to.

They arrived as per arranged time went right to work in less than a minute and were done within an hour only using 6 gutter brackets where the nails will no longer be strong enough to hold.

All the work was completed well. Service provider arrived on time, used his time efficiently and left the work areas in good condition. The finished work looks well and functions perfectly
