Richard was very professional and punctual. From our first meeting he was happy to accommodate us. In fact we met on a Saturday for the estimate and Richard was able to complete the work the following Monday which was great as we had some traveling to do the following week. Richard was able to recommend some great quality paint and colors and was able to procure these supplies on his own on a Sunday. Richard was able to paint both rooms in a 10 hour span in one day and there was not a drop anywhere in the house where it shouldn't be. We would definitely recommend Richard again!

I contacted Richard to see if he would be able to paint a bedroom in my house and also revive a piece of furniture. We spoke on the phone and arranged a time to meet for Richard to check out the room and furniture so he could work up an estimate. We met, discussed what I wanted, and he surveyed the scene. He responded with an estimate within the time we agreed upon. Once we agreed to move forward we traded several emails about ideas for the piece of furniture (the room was straight forward) Once the date for the work was determined Richard came by the day before to make sure everything was set up and also offered suggestions and guidance on how to choose the color for the room. I picked out the several colors I liked and he went to the paint store and obtained samples and painted a small section of the room with them so that I could make an informed choice. Richard painted the room first and was very efficient, professional, thorough. Once the room was completed he moved onto the secretary which was a more creative project. As mentioned above prior to starting we discussed what look I was going for and traded ideas and pictures. We ran into some technical issues with the crackle but ended up trying some different techniques and the end results were stunning the secretary looks like something out of an upscale furniture catalog. Richard performs high quality work and is a very nice man and extremely professional and I would hire him again.

Richard Myles performed beyond my expectations as a painter for the following reasons: Punctual Estimate very reasonable Kept my home very clean Proffesional manner Best yet took his time painting to accomplish a detailed job. I therefore am very pleased with the painting service performed even knowing I am a very picky person - So Richard certainly met my expectations and some! First job: living room paint. Remo spent a lot of time advising me about color, and provided a couple of example swatches on the wall so I could visualize the final effect. He selected first class paint and did an amazing job patching holes, cleaning up the sloppy work of the previous painter on baseboards and the fireplace, and was meticulous in protecting furniture and floors, etc. Second job: master bath. I have a very ugly counter top in my master bath, and Remo had some great advice about wall color that could de-emphasize this unchangeable feature. He had to do a lot of wall and ceiling cleaning and other prep work (such as removing bad caulking and replacing it with a color-complimentary type), and the final paint results are just beautiful. He was very careful to run fans and air cleaners to get that paint smell out of the house quickly, and once again left everything looking better than when he'd arrived.
