WiFi / home network issues

We first reached out to Nate after a hard disk crash rendered one of our computers virtually useless. Over the next few weeks Nate helped us to establish a reliable home network with many back up options. Nate is an affable computer technician who has solved all of our home-office technology-related issues. He has the rare ability to translate "tech-speak" into English , so we can understand the operation of our home network. He listens to our needs and offers appropriate suggestions. With Nate's help, we have built a safe and secure home network for multiple computers that is prepared to handle any disaster that might arise. We know that we can call Nate at any time to answer any software or hardware questions we might have. The personal service and knowledge that Nate offers, at a reasonable price, is far superior to the other technology "experts" we have used in the past.

I called Nate and reported that as my wireless keyboard was not working . I also said a wired keyboard was also not working. He had me do a safe re-boot, worked me through it, Then when unsolved. He also recommend that I install some free software. I was very satisfied.
