Description of Work: Told my tenant about problems with my house that were not in the scope of their expertise.

Description of Work: Tim is very knowledgeable and personable.He is very willing to explain everything. I needed to have him come back and it was no problem.He was very helpful and reassuring. All messages left at office were promptly returned and I found the office staff helpful as well.Would definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal through Angie's List for a mouse treatment. We have seen one little mouse in the house, but assume there are more somewhere. I set up an appointment with AAA, and they came to the house on time. He looked around the entire house to determine points of entry and any other issues and set up some traps. We have not seen or heard the mouse since about two weeks after our appointment. The service was prompt, and the man who came to the house was very kind and helpful. I would definitely use this service again (although, hopefully, we will not need to in the future!), and I would definitely recommend AAA Exterminating.

Description of Work: Put bates on all floors. Fine

Description of Work: Matty came on schedule and talkedwith us before bringing in Basile (the dog). He believed that from our story that we did not have bed bugs. He brought in the dog and they went through every room and closet in our home. Conclusion : we did not (very thankfully) have bed bugs. He did find possible evidence of spiders. We agreed that he should return the following Monday to spray for spiders, which he did. This turned out to be a happy result. Matt explained to us the procedures that we would have had to follow had there been any evidence of bed bugs. Also: I had researched, on Angies list, the exterminators. My wife called and spoke with Diane who was very understanding. We would use this firm for any future pest problems.
