Quick, clean, efficient, and came the same day we called. Only problem is, this company's a little pricier than others.

Lack of professional equipment Used a Home Depot shop vac with no end cap and very little power to try to clean out the dryer vent.

Associates are very businesslike and helpful! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Troy, the technician from Earth Green was stellar. He was personable, thorough, and well prepared. My dryer vent was broken where the hose coupling went up into the wall. in the outside vent opening there was a birds nest and tons of lint behind the nest ! Quite a load of debris. Very fast reply to my request for service; reasonable pricing; great technician; great value for cost. I highly recommend Earth Green .

Friendly competent tech

I hired him on Monday and his soonest available appointment was Saturday. I told him how important it was because I am currently getting zero heat to my bedroom. He never showed!!! I called him twice and no response. Then, I looked back at his website and now it is unavailable and says closed.

Extraordinary fast response to my inquiry. Work (duct cleaning) was done within the next two days. Easy to work with.

Vernon did a long-overdue cleaning of my clothes dryer vent and updated the duct from the dryer to the outside. He was easy to work with and professional in every way (e.g., communications, scheduling, punctuality, knowledge, work quality, clean-up, etc.) I would definitely hire him again.

The workman was extremely professional, was kept informed about what was taking place and how everything worked. Would hire them back in the future.

The boys were here to do the vents, if I were to rate them on a scale of 1-5 I would rate them as -1. they left the house filthy, knocked things over (even broke some stuff) left equipment (which I brought out to them) and I had to point out a screw was missing from the register downstairs. (It was behind the couch) I found a few more vent screws in the carpet upstairs I had to go around to see where they needed to be screwed back in. They took the metal doors off the heater and did not put them back correctly. there were all sorts of crap behind the filter when I removed it. I thought they would have vacuumed that out. I had them do the dryer vent and just noticed they did not reattach it to the dryer!!! (Glad I noticed) I can try to attach myself but for the extra $75 should have waited to do it myself. I am not one to complain but my experience with your service was not pleasant.
