I was very impressed from the start of the quote process with JR, through the comprehensive work from his painting and construction crews to the final inspection of US ProPaint's quality and timely work. Our home is a 1768 Cape with a barn in need of a lot of repairs prior to painting. Their work went above and beyond by adding, without charge, some minor but notable "surprises' not included in the quote. JR clearly views customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations as goal #1.

Working with US Pro was the best experience we've had with a contractor/painter. We've had many prior experiences with house painters and carpentry work, but JR and his team were true craftsmen. They spend the time on the prep work and the little details other painters miss. This was the third paint job on our house and this is by far the best it has ever looked. This was more expensive than the prior paint jobs, but we viewed it as an investment in our property this time and wanted to make sure it was done right. JR and his team delivered. It was a pleasure to deal with US ProPaint & Renovation. Everything went smoothly. Junior and Renaldo are truly great assets to the company. They did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to deal with.

Not only did US ProPaint deliver on time and on budget, they cut absolutely no corners and far exceeded our expectations in every category. JR and his team are true craftsmen, that were incredibly responsive and courteous from day 1. While we enlisted an architect to prepare the construction drawings, JR paid careful attention to the details and provided thoughtful, creative solutions to address issues that were uncovered after demolition and elements of the design that could be improved. His crews are consummate professionals that arrived early and often stayed late to finish the task at hand. We highly recommend US ProPaint to anyone considering a home renovation.

I hired them. They never replied. I called them once a month for three months and was only told that the supplies were not in. I am in the process of trying to get my down payment of $3,000 + back. I will have to go to small claims Court in order to get my money back.
