Bob is fantastic! It was easy to schedule an appointment, Bob showed up on time, and the work is done right at your home. As a first time home owner, and new to owning/using a snowblower, I greatly appreciated all the tips that Bob gave me to keep my snowblower working smoothly for years to come.

He cleaned all the dead grass around the deck area and pully belts, changed the oil, sparke plug, air filter, oil fliter, checked the belts and did a test run.

Did not show up for appointment and did not call.

They were on time, and did the work promptly. Quote was accurate as well. Did great work. Very neat and had all the right tools.

I was looking forward to using this company due to all of the great reviews it has received on this site. I gave my husband Bob's number and a scheduled visit was made within a few days of the call for Bob to look at our lawn tractor. Bob came a bit late to the appointment and my husband led him to our backyard to take a look at our broken lawn tractor. Bob quickly determined that a part was needed, vaguely informed my husband of where to buy the part and then abruptly left. My husband traveled to NH to get the part and called Bob to install. Bob arrived and installed the part and charged $60 to repair the tractor. After the first use of the tractor, the tractor ignitied in flames. My husband called Bob to inform him that the tractor still needed repair. Bob scheduled a visit a few days later, but never showed up. We will have to use another repair shop or buy a new tractor, however, it was disappointing to get this level of service from someone that was so highly recommended.

Excellent! Great customer service. Attentive and responsive. Called and got an appointment with in a week and they came to my house to repiar my lawn mower.

Tried to start the mower, and it did not "crank up" using the electrical start. Tried the pulley, could not get it to start. After trying for about several minutes, finally got it started using the electrical start. But it sounded at times, like it was going to "konk out" during the mowing. This week, tried to start it, and it would not start at the beginning. I used both the electrical starter and the pulley starter. Again after several minutes or so, it started. When i put it into "cutting gear", the motor stalled out after traveling about 20 feet. Tried to re-start the engine, would not restart. Was afraid of using up all the battery juice, tried the pulley, also did not work. Tried calling him, got answering mach. Left detailed message on it. He called back. Will be here in about 20 minutes. He came in 15 minutes. Took out carburetor and cleaned it. States need a new one. He will get one "on his dime", and install it free in a few days under his warranty for the original tune up.

Went great, he stopped by while I was at work and it was fixed by the time I got home.

.He arrived earlier then the appointment time, but that was a good thing. Was very professional in how he did the work. Took care not to spill any oil or gasoline on driveway. Was very friendly. We both kept up a lively conversation during the tune up's.

Don Adams came out when he was suppose to and he showed up on time. He came over and does house calls. He was terrific. He had a fair price and did a good job. He quick and didn't waste any time. He checked everything that I needed and didn't waste time checking things I didn't. He was very hospitable.

I really like that he is willing to come to your home to repair your equipment. He is very efficient and professional I also like that he has reasonable prices. I will use him again in the future

Very professional. On time. Appear like job well done. I have to wait for the next season to use the snow blower and and see how well done.

There was a coupon for $85 tune up at Angie's List, so I paid through the web site and arranged for the tune up. Little Mower rep was prompt. Unfortunately, he said that our mower needed more than a tune up, so it was $100 instead of $85. I put a check for him for the difference at the door as we said we would, but he did not take it - not sure why. Now I need to send a check for $15. We were pleased at the service but not clear on price differential.

I called Little Mower Shop because the wheels on my snow blower would not turn. Not exactly what I expected when the blizzard hit a couple weeks ago. I couldn't believe I found someone who actually made house calls! That was what first got my attention, but the fact that he had my machine fixed in no time was fantastic. I recommend Little Mower Shop to anyone needing their snow blower fixed. I will definitely call Bob if any other piece of power equipment I have needs servicing.

Little Mower Shop is the kind of business that?s so good at what it does that you wonder if you should keep it a secret. That way you?ll never have to worry about the business getting too busy and when you need service sometime in the future. But that wouldn?t be fair to owner Bob Adams. If you need repairs or tuneups for a snowblower, Bob is the guy to call. He?s efficient, punctual, professional, and has a great sense of humor?but don?t tell too many people.

The service tech arrived 15 mins prior to the scheduled time, which worked perfectly . Very sincere and professional. The work performed was professional and thorough. He replaced the oil, spark plug and lubed all the cables. He then started the snow thrower- echeck to ensureall gears wokred and checked the auger blade to make sure it was properly screwed in and moved freely. I intend to call him back in the early spring to tune up my lawn mower.

Bob gets our highest recommendation! Have recommended Bob highly to neighbors and will continue to do so. We plan to take our lawn tractors and snow blower to him as they need service. Bob clearly understands how to provide the highest level of customer service with honesty and integrity. He is a top provider in the area.
