Bob was very responsive via messages back and forth thru Angie's List to answer all my questions about what the service call covered. He arrived on time, was very personable. Set up a drop cloth on my driveway and performed services as agreed. Verified with me that I was happy with the work. He explained the work that was performed. Bob cleaned up his work area and took the old oil away. Cost was $120.00 as quoted, mo additional parts were needed.

Tremendous. This guy is a master craftsman. Don't call anyone else.

I explained to Bob over the phone that my snowblower's impeller needed to be replaced, I gave him the serial number and he ordered the parts and scheduled the appointment. We used email and phone to communicate. He then came buy and repaired the snowblower. While he was here, I had him tune my mower. Bob actually lowered the price once he was here, which was an unexpected bonus. Lastly, Bob was very friendly and patient with all my 4yro son's questions.

Bob came over on time looked at both and did a cleaning. I have never used this type of a snowblower and once it had been cleaned and was working he gave me a training on it. Good work, good pricing, nice guy.

Bob was great. Personable, honest, reliable. While our lawnmower had no chance of being fixed, he gave us tips on what mower to purchase in the future. Very impressed, and we will be scheduling our snow blower tuneup this month. Will definitely use again.

Came right on time, and installed a part on lawn mower that was preventing it from starting. He knew exactly what he was doing, and even had the part with him.

Not only were we going away for a week, but our house was on the market with an open house less than a week and the lawn tractor wouldn't work. Bob from Little Mower Shop fit us in at the end of his day, knowing the situation. He was very thorough & professional, getting the mower back in perfect working order. Two things I took away from Bob,first his website says 'if you're not happy, I'm not happy'. Second, he stated to me 'my goal is to always leave you better than I arrived'. I've used Little Mower Shop twice. They come to your house and they repair snow blowers, lawnmowers, any kind similar to that. When I had called to make the appointment, they had estimated it at $205 so the amount they charged was less than the estimate. In the past, we've used other places and you have to pay to have them come pick it up and take it away, sometimes you have to wait almost a month to get it back depending on how busy it is, same thing with the snow blower. I was able to have the guy come in less than two weeks and do everything here and then it's done and it's great. It saved me money. They are much easier than I have ever expected. The guy is really nice. He's prompt, he picks up after himself, he fixes what he says he's going to fix and he had been here probably late February for a snow blower and he fixed it but he even said to me that it's going to be $100 to fix it and he asked me if I really want to spend that much money or maybe I wanted to get a new one and he doesn't sell snow blowers. I said It's kind of late in the season to be finding a snow blower, they probably had out the swimming pool by now, I think he ended up charging $80 or $85.

Unfortunately he would not come to Rockport to service my rider mower.

Bob from Little Mower Shop arranged same day service on my push mower for $85. Initially I thought this was a little high, but he came to my house and did everything in my driveway / garage, saving me the hassle of loading the mower, dropping it off and picking it up. In about 45 minutes I had a completely tuned up mower with new consumable parts (air filter, spark plug etc,) changed oil and a sharpened blade. Bob also chatted with me about snowblowers for next winter- he's a personable guy, and will have more of my business in the future.

The special never mentioned the service was only for a certain area. I had to E-mail the person when I didn't immediately hear back. He then informed me I lived too far away for the service. I did get a full refund once I notified Angie's List.

Service was great !!! I got a reminder phone call before my scheduled visit which was a great reminder. Bob arrived right on time and was prepared to get right to work and resolve my issue. He worked on the machine , explained to me what he did to fix it , answered all my questions on the service and his yealry tune up service. Great service would use them and plan on using him again.

First appointment was in early November to service snow blower and make repairs. Initially repairs and servicing were perfect. Replaced drive and auger cables. Oil change, tune up etc.. Worked like it was new. **** VERY REASONABLE PRICING FOR ON SITE WORK *** During snow storm gear cable broke and the machine was stuck in high gear (forward) when drive was engaged. Called to arrange service before next storm. Difficulty getting appointment. Came on Jan 1st to fit me in for service. Adjusted cable to work. Machine works fine. MOST IMPORTANT As a homeowner, (to put it as PC as possible) we often experience sub-par work at premium prices. This company/ mechanics are professional and curteous. There is no hard-sell salesmanship or unexpected pricing. He considered cost-effectiveness and was concerned that my machine was working for the impending storm. I was pleased and actually surprised at the casual professionalism that I didn't think existed anymore. Unfortunately, this company is no longer servicing the area I live in (over an hour travel time). This is the company to call.

After using snowblower the next day I experienced more problems (due to my not properly maintaining it). Bob returned the next day and got it running until carborator can be replaced. Very professional, accommodating and reasonable.

Service was great. Originally tune-up was scheduled for the next day but a storm was forecast so Bob called and rescheduled for a day earlier. It started to snow the morning he rescheduled for and he showed up on time. He did the tune-up and it turned out a cable needed to be replaced. He told me if I got the cable he would come back and install it. I got the cable and Bob did come back and install it, and this was in the middle of a snow storm no less. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

Bob was early for scheduled appointment and extremely professional and well-prepared. Had covers for the area so no drops/spills on garage floor. Tuned up snowblower, changed oil, repaired a broken cable to auger drive handle and even replaced a shear-bolt that I didn't realize was missing. I highly recommend Bob and will use him exclusively for my snowblowrs/lawn equip!

The mower starts right up. The snow blower needs a new carburetor. Not a surprise. Expected cost $95. I asked him to replace it. He needs to order it. It took a while before he could get to it. However, somethings are just worth waiting for. Thanks Bob.

I signed up for Bob's $120 snowblower tuneup special, and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. He performed all that was advertised (oil change, lubrication, and carburetor cleaning). He also fixed (for free) a sticking traction lever, which called for a creative solution. All this was done under extreme duress - my neighbor's miserable dog barked at him throughout the process.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. It came out great. It was perfect. It was a good experience.

Bob did a great job and went beyond what was needed. My mower had sat for almost 2 years and some of that time outside. Bob was very concerned about cost once he got into the job and worked with me on keeping the cost down. He made sure everything was done and working. I had an issue with the mower the next day even though it worked fine when he left. He came back the next day and worked on it again to fix it at no cost. Can't asked for much more than that. All you want is someone who takes pride in his work, does a good job; Bob is that.

B ob arrived on time and got right to work. Answered any question. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend him. I was very happy to support a local small business!

Great experience. Someone answered the phone the first time I called and I was able to schedule service even though I was out of town on the service date. I was able to pay through PayPal. My snowblower is running better than ever, since I've owned it. The value of $100 for a tune up at my home is unmatched.

Service Tech arrived on time and got right to work on my machine. He changed the oil, spark plug, checked all the parts for wear, greased all the fittings and got it ready for Old Man Winter. Great service because you don't have to load the beast into your car and drive it to the repair shop...he comes to you. Only downside is he only does tuneups and not major repairs since he works from his van. I would definitely use him again.

The job went very well. The provider showed up on time, was very friendly, very through and my tractor has been running excellent.
