In general, the work was done professionally and with high quality. The cabinets and countertops look great and are good quality for the money. The folks at Cabinet Outlet were pleasant to deal with during the selection and installation process. After installation, there was a scratched cabinet door that was replaced immediately. One of the cabinets was measured incorrectly and had to be re-built, causing a couple of weeks delay, but we had no difficulty getting it resolved. There were several cabinet knobs that were not delivered on time, and we had to call a few times to finally get the knobs sent to us. But the company was pleasant to deal with throughout and now everything is complete and looks great. In some areas, the company went beyond expectations in the work, providing extra features in the cabinets and working well with other contractors, such as the plumber and floor installer. Throughout the process, communications were friendly and productive.
Description of Work: Cabinet Outlet installed a complete set of cabinets and countertops in our kitchen after water damage to the original cabinets. They were recommended by our insurance company, Metlife. They removed the old cabinets and measured for new maple cabinets. We selected the cabinets from their showroom. They installed them over about two weeks with a couple of minor issues left over to finish.
