Delighted with results. John was a professional in every respect. His workers did an amazing job of clean up, leaving not a scrap of debris on the lawn (a Herculean task, after taking down a giant oak tree). Would definitely use him again and have already recommended him to a friend.

I called and the owner answered the phone! He said he would be at my house in 20 minutes to see what we needed done. John came assessed the trees and even went before the tree commission in Rockport to let them know the type of invasive species that was coming down. Excellent job. Prompt response to storm damage situation requiring tree removal as soon as possible. Reasonable price. Excellent work and very professional crew. Had to be away when work was done, and came home to find everything in great shape. Would use this service again. Tip: If insurance involved, be sure you know what the insurance company requires so you can work with John to be sure you have the necessary documentation.

John gave me a very fair estimate so I hired him to remove some major shrubs and stumps. His work was fantastic. It was right on schedule as promised, clean and efficient. The result was almost like these large shrubs were never there. We were away on vacation at the time and John emailed me a picture of his work as promised. We were very happy.

John is reliable, knows his business, is fair, quality of work is great, and works with his men with safety being the number one concern. Very professional. I would always go back to him.

My experience is in line with all of the other recent reviews. I wasn't here when the work was done, but my neighbor was very impressed both with the team's technique and with John's concern for safety to our property and abutting properties.

Pros: prompt response, competitive prices Cons: did not use the crane only bucket truck -- swinging brunches and pieces of the trunk cause damage and mess in the radius of 20 feet (shed, fence, neighboring tree, shrubs). Shed and fence got fixed by Perry's crew.

After I submitted my inquiry to HomeAdvisor, John contacted me right away and came out to do an estimate. I wanted to get estimates from another 4 companies, so we didn't settle on Arbor Care right away, but at the end, his estimate was very cost effective. We did play some phone and email tag before a work date was set, but once John and his crew came out (arriving on time), they worked steadily despite the cold weather, first light rain and then snow showers. They trimmed one tree and removed another extremely large tree situated perilously close to our house. They worked nearly non-stop and finished in 5.5 hrs. After they removed all the wood and raked the adjacent neighbors' yard, you would never have known they were there. Left everything nice and clean. One 2nd floor screen did receive a tear, which John pointed out to me. He insisted on taking the screen to repair it, and I expect he will return it soon. Given the large tree's closeness to the house, I am amazed that was all that occurred. I would recommend JB Perry's Arbor Care.

John and crew arrived on time and were very pleasant. They trimmed large branches and cut wood into size that my son in law could use in wood stove. They also took down a large stump and then ground it down. They worked quickly and were very neat. A good job, a good value. I will have them again in the spring.

Arbor Care did everything they said they would, and left the grounds neat and clean.

JB Perry, was on time, and did exactly what was expected. the workers were efficient, and cleaned up the yard after the work. Also the price was fair and beat the other estimates I had. I will use them again when I have more work. I would definitely reccomend them.

Came the same day I called and performed the work the next day. They were prompt and skilled.
