ROLAND'S CARPET CLEANING

It went great! The provider/owner was pleasant and very nice. He set right to work after a few pleasantries. We talked about the stains in my carpet (and there were many!) from pet stains, to a few chocolate milk stains, to some I have no idea what they were or where they came from (translation: Kids)! He was very honest and said that some of my stains were extremely deep and there was no guarantee that some wouldn't come back because they were probably into the cushioning below the carpet. Overall, not many have come back at all - it looks like a totally different rug!! He also had a great tool that "fluffed" the rug once he was done washing it. I am glad I had cleared my schedule since it really did take most of the day. He was here from 9:30-2pm, and he worked the whole time. Even to the point of getting on his hands and knees to scrub some of the stains.
