Baker and Josh was excellent. Provided excellent customer service and was very professional. Didn't give up in situations that doesn't seems to work (moved items that didn't seem to fit within staircase but did several tries and never gave up...heavy wardrobe and etc). Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

really shoud estimate their jobs ,told them I had a lot of stuff many times, didn't send there biggest truck, not accomadating for back up plan after they didn't finish the frist day, ended up renting a uhaul and doing it myself for the last load, very sad

They were wonderful!! I was moving a few things to my son's house and they couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. I highly recommend and will absolutely use them again, when the need arises. Thank You!!!

Real Deal made the moving experience almost pleasant. Office staff were helpful and easy to contact. The movers arrived on time, and despite rain and steep stairs, then a third floor walkup, were efficient, worked well together, and were cheerful throughout the move. Thank you for great service!

Ended up having to take 2 trips to the storage unit because they sent a 19' truck. The truck was full both times. I underestimated the number of bins & boxes I had by about 20. Also a dresser and a eliptical machine were not included in contract. The additional items wouldn't have made a difference had an appropriate size truck been sent. Tim & Brian did a great job, but final cost was 300.00 more than quote. Emailed jessica, no response. I was hoping for a compromise. Very disappointed with customer service.

Great Experience, Showed Up on Time, Hard Workers - wrapped and preserved all my furniture - had one issue with the moving van that they rectified and ensured I was minimally impacted. Highly recommend.

2 guys took 5 hours to load 1 bedroom apartment and they sent small truck which not even fit all my goods. BTW all the things are packed and boxed way before they come. I don't know how it is happens they unloaded the truck in 35 min. They smashed couple of things. Don't trust there estimate is my final suggestion. If possible avoid this mover.

Did a great job wrapping furniture. Moved it quickly and placed things neatly and came in on budget.

Hard workers and worked quickly. Product was moved smoothly and our IKEA king bed was taken apart and assembled without any issues. Great movers at a great price.

Our movers Zac and Jose were great! The quote was a couple hundred dollars more than estimated but not unreasonable given the amount of "stuff" I had to move.

We had a great experience with Real Deal Van Lines.. From Anna in the office to all the guys in the field.. They were friendly and personable. They did a great job moving us out of and into our new home and it was hot and humid in the 90's!! Not one scratch on our furniture. We called multiple moving companies and were quoted almost double than Real Deal. Would definately use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I was quoted a price of $1,100. and told " At the most it won't go over another $200. The truck they sent was to small it couldn't hold all my furniture, They charged me for storage because in order to take the rest of my furniture they had to put the first load in storage and then come back for the rest. But, they did not put the entire first load in storage because when they came back they still couldn't fit the rest of my furniture in the truck. I was forced to leave some of my possessions behind. When unpacked I found much of my furniture was scracthed and chipped as well as missing pieces. I wouldn't reccomend these people to my worst enemy.
