Sunshine Window Cleaning

Richard (the owner) did a fantastic job on my windows and doors. The house looks new! I'm moving and needed to show the house in 3 days. He squeezed me into his schedule and completed the job ASAP. I highly recommend Sunshine.

We were very pleased with the job! We needed our windows washed in a hurry in preparation to sell our home. Richard was able to accommodate our tight time frame and came over at 4:30 am the next day! We had two storm windows that I was unaware of (I thought they were regular, single-pane glass) and he kept the price at the original estimate as a courtesy, which I really appreciated. He did excellent, thorough work and I would definitely call him again or recommend him to others.

Richard is a "one man show" who puts his heart and soul in to making sure the customer is Satisfied. English is his second language. He knows English well but you may find his accent is difficult to understand on the phone but if you ask him to slow down and repeat his words then you'll have No problem understanding him. We absolutely had No problem understanding his English when talking to him face to face. He called us and let us know he was about to arrive. He was prompt, courteous, and he worked hard in the summer heat. Our windows had not been washed in more than 3 years and were very dirty. When Richard finished, we found ALL 33 Windows and 2 Glass storm doors to be "Spotless". We highly recommend Richard to take care of cleaning your windows inside and out.

Needed service on short notice due to putting our house on the market. Richard squeezed us in on a Sunday only 3 days after I called and got the job done quickly despite 90 degree heat. The house looked great and we got 6 offers!

He did a wonderful job. Extremely prompt with returning phone calls and scheduling a service date. Final price was under-estimate (originally quoted $275). He was very pleasant to have in our home and respectful of working around children's naps.

Richard did a great job. He was quick to respond, accommodating when scheduling the appointment and arrived early. He worked quickly and did a beautiful job. I'm especially impressed with the work he did on the porch which was left a mess by painters--now the windows look like new.

Showed up on time, worked through until completed, and was good at cleaning up afterward. Did a wonderful job all around, but especially on a glass table which I haven't been able to get clean in 18 months

First of all, Richard was very responsive. When he calls, however, ask him to slow down as his heavily accented English can be diffcult to understand over the phone (in person it's much easier to understand him). That said, he was punctual, did an excellent job, and had better pricing, probably because he does all the work himself and therefore has low overhead.

Richard replied quickly both by e-mail and phone, he came right away for the estimate (which he did without me) and gave me a price significantly lower than the other company I had previously contacted. We set a date for about two weeks later. On the day of the job, he was ten minutes early, started at 6:50 am and worked till almost 3:00 pm. with a brief stop for lunch. He was very careful around our furniture and rugs and cleaned up after himself. He did a very good job and I will use his service again next year.

Richard was great. He responded to my phone call within a few hours and was able to schedule the work within a couple of days. He actually showed up early which is generally unheard of. He was quick and efficient and did a great job. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I called Richard at Sunshine Window Cleaning because my windows had not been washed for a very long time and it showed. He gave me a reasonable estimate on the phone that turned out to be correct. He arrived on time at my second floor apartment and set to work. He never stopped moving until he left. He washed the storms, screens, and windows inside and out and left them sparkling clean. I was impressed that he washed the screens and storms in my kitchen without creating a mess and left the kitchen the way he found it. Richard works hard and is very conscientious about what he does. He clearly takes pride in his work and he should. I recommend Sunshine Window Washing without hesitation.

Richard replied to my inquiry very promptly and was able to start the job very soon after we first spoke. Arrived promptly, was extremely professional and courteous, and the windows look fantastic. Will definitely pass his name along to neighbors and highly recommend him.

Very easy--estimate over the phone, came on schedule, had a systematic way of doing it, very clean and neat. Richard speaks very quickly on the phone! I had to keep slowing him down to understand him. It was much easier in person. My only surprise was that the job took a day and a half to do; he does work alone. I did not understand that at the time. I assumed he had a crew and would be done in a day or less, but it really didn't make a difference to me. I would make sure to ask next time so I had clear expectations. I did make sure there were other people in and out of my house besides me while he was working there. He seemed quite trustworthy and I would definitely use him again. I picked his name off Angie's List and called several places for estimates. Turns out that Richard has worked for other neighbors of mine, but I didn't know that when I was looking. That's why I have Angie's List!

Mixed experience. He needed to return to finish job with proper ladder. Hard working and reasonably priced. Windows adequately done.

Richard showed up on time, worked steady and quietly for 8 hours with friendly and courteous discussion. Some of the newers storm windows were the wrong size resulting in a more difficult and time consuming effort. NO PROBLEM! The quality of Richards work is outstanding.

My windows hadn't been cleaned in years. Richard did an excellent job cleaning them. And, because he couldn't remove some storm windows in the time he had allotted, he charged me less than his original estimate. (He didn't allow enough time because I hadn't correctly described the characteristics of the windows—it wasn't his fault!)

Richard is an owner operator who does the work himself. He returned my call promptly, gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled a date to do the work. When he arrived we walked through what we needed him to do so he could see if his quote was acurate. He confirmed he could do the work for the quote provided. He started work at 9 am and was finished by 2 PM. He worked steadily and carefully and was conscious of our belongings and not damaging anything while he worked. He was very accomodating, personable and thorough. We had never hired anyone to do our windows before always trying to get them done ourselves. We had a sunroom additon put on 4 years ago that had windows we could not reach and had never been cleaned. Based on Richard's excellent job we are now planning to have him come once a year to help us with this time consuming project.

I sent an email and told Richard the size of my house and number of windows. He responded same day with an estimate. I scheduled an appointment at my convenience and Richard arrived promptly. He did a walkthru and the price was the exact same as he had estimated in email. It was 90 degrees outside that day and Richard worked diligently doing a fabulous job on all windows inside and out including cleaning the screens. He even removed an air conditioner from one of the windows so he could do the job properly and replaced the air conditioner after cleaning. Richard is a delightful person and very professional. I forgot what clean windows were like. What a find!

He gave me an estimate on the phone and stuck to it even though my windows hadn't been cleaned in many years. He was friendly, professional and courteous. He was completely independent, and respectful of the fact I work at home. He did the job quickly and efficiently. The job was done perfectly. I will definitely use him yearly from now on.

Richard responded the same day to our initial call. We had a quote and references within a few days and the job was done the following week.
