We bought a bedroom set from the store in August. At the time, while we were considering our options, the sales person recommended the one we ultimately acquired as very durable high quality product.  I am a big guy and was concern with the durability the most. So, his comments and the fact of the set being produced in Italy sold it to me, despite the higher cost than others. In less than two months, the bed?s frame base starting falling apart. We called the store and later followed-up with the letter of complaint to the manufacture?s attention.  The store dispatched Maksim, who came to inspect it. He confirmed the damage and promised to order the new one, possibly from another manufacture to better sustain my weight. Two months later, the new, exactly the same base was delivered. At the time of delivery, Maksim admitted that the manufacture used to put much thicker planks. The updated planks are slimmer, thus making the base not fit for the heavy people like myself.  He was trying to find the alternative option, but none would fit length or width wise. Makism kindly suggested a few ways to reinforce the base to make it more durable though. Ultimately, we ended up with the same version, which I do not think would last for very long.  
 
Overall, I dissatisfied with their purchase, however giving the sale person a benefit of the doubt about not realizing the frame base structure had changed.  I am more satisfied with post-sale service with some improvement about upfront communication being required. Although waiting for two months to get the replacement seemed irritating.

The only issue is that the color was slightly darker than what the manufacturer's catalog (which NEO had shown to us) reflected.  When I complained to NEO, the salesperson (Igal was his name) immediately offered to refund me my money and take back the sofa. He also offered to loan me a sofa until a replacement could be obtained from the manufacturer.  Ultimately, we decided the color worked after all.  Nonetheless, to show good will, Igal offered us any lamp, fireplace, pillow, etc., we wanted from their catalog (not just their showroom) and even threw in several hundred dollars of accessories at his cost.  Throughout the process, NEO was communicative; Igal twice called me on his day off to respond promptly.  All this for an error that was not even NEO's doing!   I would not hesitate to shop here again -- in fact, I fully intend to.  This is an outfit that stands behind their product and goes the extra mile.   And it doesn't hurt that if you are interested in modern furniture, this stuff is good quality and not crazily over-the-top expensive.
