Our home was built to accommodate only one zone system. Lack of zoning led to hot upstairs rooms in summer and cold downstairs rooms in winter. We had contacted KCR and George came in and gave us a quote. After checking out the system George told us what we already suspected and we knew it was time for a whole new system. While we mulled over what to do, KCR promptly answered all questions. We decided to replace the furnace and AC and add second zone rather than wait and see what happened. George gave us a quote. They offered us replacing of our old HVAC system and adding a second zone. Due to rebate situation offered by the manufacturer and MassSave, price was lower. The deal was set and the system was scheduled to be installed the next week. KCR team worked three days to get us heating and air conditioning They were so particular about how they installed the equipment; we were really impressed with their expertise and attitude. An HVAC technician installed dampers inside our ductwork and moved several existing pipes. We know that the equipment is very important to a system but without good installation you have nothing. Special thanks to Bruce and Stephen. We are extremely happy with our new system. Whole KCR team was so easy to work with. We’ve got a completely new system.

We were most impressed with the professionalism and care afforded to us by George and his crew (Brian and Owen). George was wonderful to work with. Options were discussed regarding installation of Minisplits in our home and we were grateful for his wise input. The crew were very efficient, reliable, courteous and they always sought our permission if any modifications to the plan were needed. They arrived when they said they would and the job was finished in a day and a half. We couldn't be more delighted with the cooling that the units provide. The price was competitive with other quotes that we had received. We highly and unreservedly recommend KCR.

AC system works great. A little beyond out budget, but for the quality of service, it was well worth it. If you hire these guys, ask for Bruce for installation. He is top notch. He was on time every day, took care of our home, and his work was great. Even gave us his cell phone in case we had questions after hours.
