We had an excellent experience with Fabio. He came out when he said he would and helped us replace and adjust sprinkler heads. He helped up with sprinklers that would help water my garden as well as lawn. He was honest, courteous, and hard working. Very pleased with his work.

Unbelievably impressed. Fabio is a true expert at his craft. Great customer service (on-time, worked hard to get it done quickly) and the system works beautifully. Thanks to his recommendation, we also have our garden irrigated with a drip system - something I never would have thought of! He even went above and beyond and helped us by repositioning our electric dog fence at no charge (this had nothing to do with the irrigation installation - we had placed it too close to the house). Thank you Fabio - anything irrigation related - we'll sing your praises.

Installed new sprinkler timer, replaced broken heads, programmed new timer to meet city restrictions. Called back later to verify that every thing was working properly.

Provider paid a visit prior to the installation to check the water pressure and decide how many heads per zone would be appropriate, and also surveyed the property and discussed with us where to place the sprinkler heads for maximum effect. He spent several hours planning this and was very thorough. After the plumber had done his installation, Boston Irrigation returned with 2 helpers, and did the installation over two days. He was very competent thorough, obliging and pleasant. He explained the system to us, and also returned several days later to add an additional head ( free of charge) to water a rather inaccessible area alongside a fence. We are very happy with his work, and highly recommend him.. We would definitely work with him again. We had no problems concerns or complaints of any kind. Excellent experience!

Service was punctual and professional. Difficult to schedule appointment. 5 sprinkler heads were replaced Received invoice 8 weeks after the work was completed for $250. No discussion of additional charges at the time of service. I expected additional charges to replace the heads but there was no communication at the time of service. Insisted additional heads needed replacement besides one you could see visibly leaking. Communicate additional cost upfront. Feels too much like bait and switch. Hunter 4" rotor head is $11.95 at Home Depot. Boston Irrigation charges $35. 300% mark-up is excessive Reasonable labor rate of $65 per hour It's Boston Irrigation's loss though because I was actually planning on calling him this week for additional zones & my neighbor wass looking for recommendations as well.

I received excellent service. I could not have asked for anything better, he found a couple more things wrong with my system while he was here and used the rest of the hour to fix those problems. I will be using them for my future service on my system.

Owner did the work and was professional. He took off his shoes to come into the house to adjust the settings. He knew his stuff. Very nice guy.

Fast, and efficient, got our sprinklers back on track after using a not so great outfit.

Went fine the second time. Had to call off the appointment the first time, as he was running about an hour late. I think he ran into bad traffic. His office staff was excellent in rescheduling.

Sprinker system was turned on after the last winterization. Fabio inspected all heads to make sure they working as expected. Gave a quotation for an area where is no coverage at all. Very professional and knowledgeable.

He came on time. Help us to figure out why the heads do not work. Give suggestions on the more efficient head location and directions.

excellent, really professional who worked quickly. he listened to my concerns over the lawn and flower garden coverage and offered me options. I am very happy with his service.

in the proper heads for Fabio did a great job of adjusting all of the sprinkler heads to get the proper water coverage on my lawn. He also put about six new heads that were needed, and transferred others. Fabio has my irrigation business from now on.

Chose not to use this service

They checked the sprinkler head and programmed the machine .

To start, the gentleman said that he would be there 9-11am but did not show up until 12:30p (impacted my work day) He was only there for about 30 minutes and rushed around. He turned on one head at a time, flagged all of the sprinkler-heads, gave me a total number of ones that were broken or leaking and quoted a price for replacement. Then he took back all of his flags. (The quoted price was ~$30 per head for parts and then labor for the actual replacement. We found replacement heads at Home Depot for about $10-15. We decided to do it ourselves. ) He noted some dead areas of grass but said that if we had him do the repairs then he could tell us if there were any layout problems with our system. Finally, he reviewed the settings on the system. He did not show the programming to us or tell us what he was doing. Now our program is all messed up with the sprinklers running throughout mid-day. We've had to shut down the system until we can figure out how to reprogram it correctly. Luckily, we didn't get a citation for running the sprinklers during the water ban. Overall impression: not helpful at all. Seemed more like a job lead generator to help him build more business. Very rushed and didn't explain anything. It was really just a bit of a diagnostic check- not really any tune up.

Fabio did a great job testing out the sprinkler system, tuning the nozzles, and replacing the broken heads. He was very informative about my system and a pleasure to interact with.

Seems okay. We have not used the system much so far.

I called about an hour before the appointment to confirm but got no response. I took time off from work to wait for them and they never showed up. They called an hour and a half after the end of the time frame they were supposed to have arrived within and told me they'd have to re-schedule. I told them I wasn't available then.
