Phil returned my call within a day and we chose a time of mutual convenience for him to do the work. On the day of the work, he called to confirm the appointment, and he also showed up on time. When he arrived, we spent about 5 minutes walking through the house to discuss any particular stains/problems before he started. (Stains included: children's crayons, food stains, and a recent child's bed wetting :( It took about 2.5 hours (although I can't remember for certain) to do all the work described above. My husband and I felt the pricing was very reasonable, and we were pleased with the results. Phil's service and friendly manner make working with him so easy. He is our guy ... no need to shop around after we found him.
Description of Work: This was the third time we had Barton's Carpet & Upholstery come over. This particular time we decided to have all of our area rugs, upholstered furniture, one mattress, and our carpeted basement all cleaned. Phil Barton had been over previously to do a few rugs here and there, but after recently having considerable construction in our house - we wanted everything cleaned up.
