This was the second time that I have had Reggie and his crew out to install siding on my house. Because the work was so good the first time, I didn't hesitate to call on Reggie again. As per usual, the crew was right on time, got right to work, and hustled all day long. For this particular section of siding, I was concerned about the area where our electric meter, cable lines, exhaust pipe, etc is located. This area is such a tangle of entry points that I was worried about all the cuts needed to make this area look good. However, I shouldn't have worried. Reggie and his crew handled this section perfectly. Each entry point is precisely located, fits nicely around the wire/pipe, and the overall section is perfectly aligned. As I said in a previous review, I am a perfectionist and can be hard to please. Reggie always meets or exceeds my expectations. I never have any hesitation about recommending him to others and will certainly have him back to my home again!

This was quit amazing considering my past experiences with contractors. Reggie answered the phone, either EVERY time I called or texted - or he would call back within 10 minutes - that made it a seamless experience. He even texted to tell me he was not coming one day. He finished the siding project in one week and as he said, - I do the same things I would do if this were my house. He took the time to show me work he had done which you would not see or notice until shown like a metal protector under the lowest vinyl siding piece. Most important, the house looks great!

Reggie was a pleasure to work with, from the very start. Professional, great attitude, a keen eye for detail, very friendly to the family, clean/tidy, hardworking, on time and on budget! I’m confident his work will outlast my ownership of the property, but would hire him again in a second if we needed similar renovations in the future. A++ work

Last summer, we hired Reggie St Germain to add vinyl siding over existing wood shingles on our circa 1920's house. He and his crew worked diligently in very hot weather, always arrived as expected, worked well as a team, cleaned up the site each day, and were always courteous. Their attention to the details of the job resulted in an excellent outcome. Reggie was impressively communicative and available from start to finish. He was always concerned about our satisfaction as the job progressed and always kept us up-to-date with their work schedule. Even when we had an unforeseen, adjacent issue with the final electrical service hookup, Reggie continued to follow up quickly and professionally. When the service was completed, we were happy with the electrician's work (as Reggie expected we would be). It was a pleasure working with someone who takes pride in his craft and cares about his customers.

We cannot thank Reggie nearly enough for the quality work he did for our house. Our family is grateful for Reggie and his experienced crew. Rain, shine, snow, or wind, and extreme cold, they were at our house everyday until the job was complete. Extremely honest and hardworking from start to complete. We would recommend him to anyone we talked to. A+ work!!

Reggie and his team did an amazing job on our siding! Reggie came right out to provide a quote, and they were competitively priced. When it came time for the work to begin, the crew was right on time and they hustled. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a crew that works harder than these guys! I'm a perfectionist, so one of my big issues with siding is when things don't line up quite right and you can see every seem. Reggie is just as meticulous as I am, everything on our siding is perfectly lined up, and you really have to look to find the seems. I am thrilled! I have already this crew again to side the next section of our renovated house!!

St. Germain Construction was wonderful. I received a response same day and the owner was at my house same day to see what work I needed done. The crew showed up on time and when scheduled. Was very easy to communicate with. Very professional. Had siding and gutters replaced and the house looks like it’s brand new! Highly recommended!

Reggie, Owner of the company was truly a class act and professional. His entire crew was very knowledgable and and did a great job on our new vinyl siding. Reggie truly cares about his workmanship and gave us a perfect finished product. We used Reggie for several jobs at our previous house as well and each job was done perfectly. We had an issue with our roof and he was able to come the same day we called him to repair it, preventing us from stressing over it. Three years ago, we hired St Germain Construction to install, Pacific Blue, vinyl siding on our house and detached Garage. The job required removal of old, 30 year old siding, and installation of a window and garage entry door. When the job was completed, we were thrilled with the results. It’s not just the siding, but the meticulous attention to detail in the installation. The house and garage looked brand new, not refurbished. Three years later it still looks terrific. Just last month, we hired St Germain Construction again, to install four, large sliding windows and screen door, in our back porch. Another great job! The owner, Reggie St Germain, is a skilled craftsman and great business man, making the ordering process easy. I highly recommend St Germain Construction.

My parents were looking to have the exterior of their home remodled with vinyl siding along with several other cosmetic updates. We were in the midst of trying to recuperate our losses from the previous contractor nightmare when Reggie St. Germain of St. Germain Construction had been suggested to us. Reggie is a real stand up guy! He did exactly what he had discussed in the plan of action and was not opposed to suggestions or personal preference. He showed up with his crew, placed a dumpster and porta-john outside so as not to disrupt the daily routine of the homeowners and got to work. There were no surprises and I felt comfortable knowing that I could trust my parent's home with a contractor that displayed the integrity and honesty that Reggie did with all of our interactions. The job is complete, it looks great and we will most definitely call upon Reggie St. Germain for our construction needs in the future!

We just had the windows and siding replaced at our house by St Germain Construction. Reggie was here on the date promised and finished on time as promised. He cleaned up every day and left things better than when he started. The quality of the work is excellent. Communication was always good and all questions answered promptly. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

When FedEx put a hole in my house, Reggie responded immediately. I asked for a quote Friday night and Reggie was here Sunday morning - in the rain. He had all the right tools to do the job quickly and efficiently. We were so impressed with his knowledge and skills that we walked through the house discussing future projects for him and his team. Reggie, owner of St. Germain Construction, was truly the most honest, professional, hard working and dedicated person I have dealt with. He listened to our concerns and met all of them. We got several estimates and he was the most reasonable. St. Germain Construction stripped out entire house. We now have new insulated siding, new gutters and trim. We absolutely love it..it is like a new home. ALL of our neighbors have shared positive compliments. If you live in the area, and need work done... choose no other than St Germain construction!!

Reggie meticulously worked after removing all the previous layers to ensure not only was the new siding installed correctly but that it was arranged in a manner fitting with the house's history and aesthetic. If we had any questions or issues, he was there within half an hour to deal with them (he is local to us). All issues found along the way, as you are expectant to find with a 130 year old house, were dealt with properly by Reggie and his team. We were willing to pay the extra necessary to ensure our house was done correctly and beautifully and felt we were delivered that service.

We initially started the search for a contractor right after the winter holidays. Reggie St Germain was the quickest to respond to our request for an estimate. He was not the cheapest contractor, but we felt the most comfortable with him as a person and how responsive he was to our questions and concerns. My husband and I were not expecting Reggie and his crew to start work in the winter, but they did. And they plugged away through our winter/spring of crazy warm weather in February and unexpected Nor'easters in March. Reggie and his crew would even work on Saturdays if needed to stay on schedule (due to the weather). Everyone was very personable and considerate. We have two cats and they would always let us know ahead of time if we needed to contain them in a room. Reggie contacted us when he ran into unexpected problems and offered possible solutions. My husband and I are very Type A+ personality, so when I say their work is of high quality, I mean it. We were so pleased with the way our deck turned out, that we had our front porch updated (an add-on to the original contract). Reggie was very patient with our (my) continual questions and design requests! Reggie pays close attention to the smallest details and those really 'finished' the project. We have already referred him to friends and would definitely hire him again without question. We could not be happier with the finished product. The house we bought 8 years ago, finally feels like it is our home.

Reggie and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We had several projects done and were extremely impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail in each project. Reggie and his crew were always very professional and arrived on time each day. They approached working on our house like it was their own. Communication before, during and after the projects was outstanding. We felt like valued customers, not like we were just another job. Reggie was always upfront about pricing and gave us options - especially important when you have an old house. Reggie jokes that he's the "greatest show on dirt" - we would agree!

It went very well, the St. Germain team was very professional. They worked at a quick and efficient pace. While creating an excellent product in the end. It was thanks to their thorough and diligent work that they found other issues with the construction of the previous deck where as we would have had no idea otherwise. They in term ensured our safety while keeping us informed the whole time. In the end they created a beautiful deck. All in all they were a pleasure to work with, and we would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

Communications during this project were excellent. Whenever I had a concern or question, and I had many, they were always promptly answered. I am very particular about the architectural details of my house, and Reggie was always willing to make sure that I was satisfied. Also Edward was excellent with the finish detail work. What more can you ask for in a contractor?

This 3 story two family house badly needed to be painted again after 8 years from having it done so this time I wanted to go with something that would last a lifetime so I decided to install vinyl siding. This was the second house that I had St Germain Construction vinyl side. This time I had them install Certainteed Cedar Impressions which looks like wood shingles. This job was done with the same great care, high quality work and attention to detail as I came to expect from Reggie and his crew. He is easy to work with and is ALWAYS on the job directing his crew and, at the same time doing the work himself. It was yet another great pleasure and experience to contract these guys and I am so happy with the results. The house that was once the eye sore of the neighborhood is now the nicest looking house in the area. Thanks, Reggie !

Everything went well the house looks great. looking forward to not having to stain my house every few years. The guys were great and worked well together.

Unlike many contractors who set up the job then leave the project for their workers to do, Reggie is part of the work crew every day of the project, a true on-site project manager. The quality of the work is outstanding and you can tell he takes great pride in his workmanship. His crew is friendly, very neat and organized. At the end of each day of work, everything was cleaned up and at the end of the job, the yard was spotless and clean. We had one problem where he did not think that he would be able to install a corner downspout because of the deck and staircase configuration but he was able to figure it out and get it installed and it looks perfect. I highly recommend St. Germain Construction. In fact I was so happy with the job, that I have them under contract to vinyl side another property that I own.
