 + 0 moreThe work went smoothly and business was not intterupted by the power outage because of the back ups and battery back up they set up! They were onsite within hours - not days - and worked thru the closing to retify the isses we had.
Description of Work: Faster Computer is the go to company when you are in critical need for your small business computer needs. The best part for FC is that they can log on if you have the software that allows that - and can fix,see problem, solve from thier offices! They WILL and DO come on site, but most issues are such that access can be connected at any time and any hour of the day and night. They have helped us in a power outage and can make certain back ups are there in the case you need to run on battery back up - which they also set up for us - so even in a power outage, you can still use your computer. Best company for htis kind of ongoing help in metrowest!
