+ -1 moreAmanda seemed lovely. Very courteous, prompt and professional. I talked with her on the phone and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate the next day. She gave an estimate of the housecleaning ($100 for the first thorough cleaning, $50 after that for biweekly cleaning) for a 1 br condo (1 bath). The price of regular cleaning is far lower than other estimates ($65-$75). However, I decided to go with another cleaning woman because A+ is a service company and thus the actual workers receive only 10% of the cleaning charge (though this is likely to increase as the company grows).

+ -1 moreThey clean a rental unit when tenants move in and out (short-term) and before I come into town to stay. They are very reliable. Excellent service. They are trustworthy and honest; I have no problems leaving them a key. They come in and do what they need to and it is always spotless.

+ -1 moreAMANDA AND HER CREW ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, AND VERY HONEST. IT HAS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME WORKING WITH A PLUS CLEANING. I HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT WHEN SHE COMES, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT MY HOUSE IS BEING WELL CARED FOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND A PLUS CLEANING TO ANYONE, FIRST HAND. Description of Work: A PLUS CLEANING DID AN AMAZING FIRST TIME CLEANING TO HELP ME GET ORGANIZED. WIPED WALLS/WOODWORK, CLEANED UNDER THE BEDS, MOPPED/WIPED ALMOST EVERY SURFACE IN THE HOUSE WHERE THEY CAN GET THEIR HANDS ON. AMANDA WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HAD PLENTY OF EXPERIENCE W/THE MATERIALS SHE USED. NOT ONLY AMANDA AND HER CREW WERE GREAT, THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE WHEN YOU NEED A GOOD CLEANING. SHE CLEANS MY HOUSE EVERY WEEK NOW, AND I'M VERY SATISFIED AND PLEASED WITH HER WORK.
