Worker showed up on time as advertised. Asked how old carpet was. Was told it was fifteen years old. He replied that there was no guarantee that stains would be removed. Cleaned carpets and furniture. Mentioned as he left "don't forget that the carpet is15 years old" (whatever that means). Next day after carpet dried, noticed several stains remained. Cleaned with rug cleaner and stains were removed. Furniture cleaning was acceptable. I could have rented a carpet cleaner and used the spray carpet cleaner for a lot less money.

The people from Kennedy Carpet Sales and Cleaners do a very good job. They look like they hire people who know what they are doing. They are trained well. They don?t look like thugs either. I am old and I stay alone all day. So, I am very conscious about the crime that is happening around me. Sometimes I get the whole house done and at other times it is just the rooms that they clean. I have called them again, since I have a new dog and the carpets need cleaning. I?ve tried two other carpet cleaners before, but I didn?t like them both. The prices charged by Kennedy Carpet Sales are the same as that of the others; they are average prices. They are very accommodating. If I feel that the sky is overcast or if it is raining, I just call them up and say that I don?t want the carpets cleaned that day. So they ask me when I?d like to have the carpets cleaned.

The technician arrived on time and did a very thorough job, especially on the stairs (it's an off-white berber carpet that was showing quite a lot of dirt from over the winter and spring!)! He made our carpets look like new (which is saying a lot ...)!

They were very courteous, and thorough. They gave me several choices on what was being done. They explained the three plans that they have. They did an overall good job. They were prompt.

We have had other people clean our carpets, but Kennedy carpet does a quality job. We are called to check if we are satisfied with the job. The staffs are respectful, professional, accommodative and good.

What a great job they did. The technician was professional but also personable, and they even called the next day to see how I liked them once they had dried. Got stuff out that another company didn't six months before. Priced similar to other companies as well. Can't say enough about them.

The person that cleaned the carpets was very professional, as were the persons that repaired the carpet.

I was able to get an appointment fast -within 48 hours. The cleaner showed up within the two-hour window they gave me. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do and set my expectations. He also explained the intricacies of cleaning leather. It took him about an hour and 15 minutes to complete the rug and sofa. He showed me two spots in the rug that he "couldn't quite get up completely" and recommended that I lay a clean white towel on them while they dried in the hope that it would absorb some of the remaining stain. Quite frankly, I couldn't even notice the two spots he was talking about. Got a follow-up call from Kennedy customer service two days later.

George arrived right on time and finished the entire job in just 1 1/2 hours. The job included moving some furniture in the two bedrooms and the finished downstairs basement. The job went very smoothly. George also had to deal with making sure a kitten didn't get out the front door, which he didn't seem to mind at all.

They are excellent. They have cleaned my carpets in the past.

Kennedy came very highly recommended by one of my friends with a very expensive home with lots of expensive stuff. I am glad I found them. I have since recommended them to my sister and she too has been very pleased with this company. Basically, we all feel they do wonderful work, while also charging reasonable prices.

Kennedy Carpet Cleaners is a great company. I can't say enough good things about them. The carpets look so nice. I like the products they use and the equipment, as well. The carpet dried very quickly because of their heavy duty equipment.

It is a high traffic area and they had no problems making it look brand new again. I was pleased with the service and the price was reasonable. They were on time and professional as well as hard working. I think they are great.

Beautiful selection of wall to wall carpeting. The installation was performed quickly. The padding underneath the carpet could have been better.

Well, I guess it went okay. I was unhappy with David Ward. He didn't keep me informed throughout the process. It took 5 visits to get everything finally fixed. Initially, we were led to believe that everything could be done in 2 visits. I found that I was always having to reach out to him to get information when I expected him to reach out to me. He was very bad about following up with me to schedule follow up appointments, he was also very bad about following up with me when I asked him to provide me cost estimates. We also felt that the ceiling repair was a little sloppy, the ceiling that they repaired is kinda lumpy and the ceiling immediately around the sprinkler is very rough. We would have them out to fix it but we're tired of dealing with them. We're going to fix it ourselves. The carpet had to be cleaned twice after it was reinstalled. The first crew that cleaned it did a very sloppy job, they didn't move furniture the way they should have, they lied and said they had.

KENNEDY CARPET CLEANING WAS VERY FRIENDLY OVER THE PHONE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB REMOVING STAINS THAT I THOUGHT WOULD NEVER COME OUT. THE PRICE I PAID WAS FOR THREE ROOMS. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT.

Technician arrived when promised, was courteous, completed when promised, and carpet looked much better. Carpet was several years old, had several stains. Mixed success on cleaning up old stains. Technician readily admitted defeat on one particularly noticeable stain, which may simply mean it could not be removed. Carpet smelled clean, with no obvious evidence of previous owner's dog. No strong chemical smell from cleaning. Overall very satisfactory; just slight disappointment over some stains that may have been too old or tough for their technology.

KENNEDY IS THE BEST CARPET CLEANER AND RESTORER FOR OUR LOCAL AREA. I KNOW THAT IF I NEED SOMETHING CLEANED CORRECTLY I WOULD CALL THEM. THEY CAN MAKE CARPETS LIKE NEW! OVERALL, I WAS INCREDIBLY PLEASED BY THEM.
