The owner came out within a couple of days of my visiting their shop to measure and provide a quote. The installation took place within a week or so. Workers arrived right on time and were extremely professional and friendly. I left to go shopping and they called me in about three hours to let me know they were just about done. Everything was perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever and will definitely go back to this company when I need new flooring.

They will move anything I want as long as I tell them to. They would put those little pieces of paper under the legs of tables and chairs so that they not only don’t make those little indentations on my rug but also keep the bottom of the furniture from getting soap on them. I never had anything broken by them, which is a rarity. They were so nice and on time. I don’t think they were ever late and I just couldn’t believe it. Their pricing is fair for what they do.

This is a great service if you have area rugs. We even have a Bissell rug cleaner but I will definitely use this cleaning service once every year or two to keep them really clean. For $20 extra they came and picked them up from our house and delivered them back to the house once they were done, which was so helpful. Our living room rug is a large wool rug that would be really hard for me to get in and out. They all arrived nice and clean. I think the price was fair.

The rugs are older and they did not come as clean as I would have liked but perhaps that is a factor in the age

Joe came to clean a carpet and stairs - we just moved in and there were a few stains we did not think would come clean. He was professional and gave his honest opinion. To our surprise he was able to get two major stains out. We thought we may have to replace that porion of the carpet. So we are very happy. He also did one area rug - and it is like new! I would reccomend Kennedy to my friends for sure.

We had some water damage. They started the beginning of it but they did not finish it. The experience I had with them was very minimal. They did not come and clean my carpet. All they did was pulled out the carpet and sprayed and then they left. They were supposed to come back but we did not have them come back. We did not want to spend extra money to have them clean the carpet.

Kennedy's out of Weymouth has come to my home for carpet cleaning before and I was not as pleased with the service as I was this time. . However, Shawn G. came in July from Kennedy's and his work was superb! He was thorough, courteous, and the cleaning was spectacular. I will request him from now on. He took his time and never has a carpet cleaning person gone to such lengths to make sure I was satisfied. They also installed new carpet a couple of years ago. The job was a difficult one on a very hot day, but the men did a fine job.

The price wasn't bad because we shopped around. We've used them for a long time. They have always done a super job. They are very timely and they come when they say. They do what they say. If we think of something else we want them to do when they are here, they are very agreeable. They are very nice people to work with. Their prices are really reasonable. They made my carpets look brand new.

I put an insurance claim in. The initial thing that I liked was that I called them on a holiday and they called me back within a half hour. They came out that day to clean up the raw sewage. They returned a week later because in between the time I had to have an insurance adjuster come out and take a look at all of the damage. They came back to remove and dispose the contaminated items. Then they are doing the cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing of my concrete floor. I like their promptness and the cleaners really listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions. I have not compared the price to anything.

I was happy with the services. Overall, I was satisfied and will use them again in the future.

We’ve used them for the last four years. We paid them $115 with the discount for their service. They are very favorable. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. They go way after distances and so we’ve got a table that is sleeping throughout. The guy and my husband moved the table and they make sure this guy gets in there to do the job. They move the furniture. The service man that we’ve had for the last three years has been fabulous. He’s personable and punctual. He is very helpful in asking what we want and how do we want certain things done. He’s a delight. His name is Mike and he’s the only one that I ask for. We will use their services again in the future.

Showed up on time, nice technician, tried hard but terribly expensive and failed to remove stains that he should have been able to Get. DO NOT USE!

I called them about having a water logged carpet replaced. The salesman took a few days to call me back and then a week to come out to my office to bring samples and measure the space. He got lost on the way to my office and my staff and I watched him circling around the street in a daze (no one ever gets lost trying to find my office, it is pretty obvious from the big sign on the front of the office where we are located). He comes in with no order forms and unprepared. He only had a few samples and said a lot of things were out of stock. I picked something in about 3 minutes and he wrote up a quote for almost $1,000 for a small 12' x19' space. Steve Gray, the salesman, then said, and I quote: "I can do you on Thursday". I am not sure my husband would like that. He said he would go back to the office and call me that day (Monday) with an install time for Thursday. Today is Wednesday and I never heard back from him. I call Kennedy and they say he is on vacation and he left Monday night! I am pretty ticked off now, as he took my credit card and already charged it $400. I speak with Joan Kennedy, who I assume is one of the owners, and all she does is hem and haw and make excuses for him. This is not good customer service. Then she proceeds to tell me that I am scheduled for an install from 1-3pm (this is the first I have heard of this), when I specifically told him that we open at 2:30pm and I need them out by then, as I work with children and this would be disruptive to them. So she says that she will try to move me to 10am. I asked her if we could make 10:30am work, as I have to take my youngest child to school (which I had explained to Steve) and she does not get dropped off until after 9:30am. Joan proceeds to give me a hard time again, and I told her to forget it. These people stink! I will take my business elsewhere. I suggest everyone steer clear of these bozos!

They will nickel and dime you to death. I used them for several years and in my experience they were terrible. Once, I got quote from them then they wanted to charge extra for things, like $2 per step, etc. They will give you a quote then try to add things to it. They did show up on time and the quality of work was okay, but the nickel and dimeing was not acceptable. I also think the price is a little high. I won't be using them again.
