Eric is the best! Took our van in for service after the dealership messed it up. Eric told us what was wrong and advised us to go back and get it fixed under warranty. He could have done the repairs himself and billed us for it. But instead he encouraged us to go back, We did and the dealership fixed it at no cost to us. Thanks Eric! We will certainly be back.

It didn't go very well. It took them a while to do the job. When they did one thing they messed another thing up and I had to wait to get the vehicle back while they fixed the other problem. It took them about five or six days in total. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

It always seemed to tack longer and cost more than expected

Answered phone promptly and were quite willing to pick up car from retirement home (2 miles away) and deliver it back when done. Showed up to do so when they promised, did work efficiently and for reasonable price. Gave good advice about other work that might be needing in near-to-middle future without being pushy or seeming to try to sell more work. Delivered car back on schedule. No problems with work x4 months since done. Seems to have been done well.

They are honest and competitive, and they know what they are doing. The one thing I don't like about them is that they are located in a weird kind of place and they don't have any waiting room or facilities like that.
