Description of Work: Septic tank overflowing outside. Other companies I called would not come as there is a lot of snow in my backyard and the cover was not exposed. I am a senior citizen and cannot do the necessary digging. The person who came was excellent. He exposed the cover as well as the second cover which I did not know even existed. He was helpful and explained why I needed a filter. Gave me very good suggestions to keep the system operating properly. Today a different person came to install the filter. Both men were very courteous. The name of the first man who came was "Seven". I do not know the name of the man who came today. |

Description of Work: They cleaned out the septic and advised of future needs. We didn't realize that things were in bad shape but yearly maintenance should take care of problem. The best part is tHeir reminder service--it's easy to forget, somim glad they'll remind us!
