Two young techs came and spent plenty of time checking out my security system, programming ,and testing everything. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. I received a follow up call from their office the following day assuring me that my system was all programmed with the call lists updated. Very pleased with how quickly Startec was able to come to our house to identify the problem. Eric was able to fix it quickly and get our system up and running again.

Eric called within moments of my request for a quote. Came out to my house and did a thorough review of what i had and what I was hoping to accomplish. A quote was received with several options. Emailed my decision and within a couple days received a call from the office to schedule my install. Install team arrived on time, which made me very happy! The guys were polite & worked quickly, keeping me updated as to their progress and asking questions & permission to adjust a few things as they went along. Pricing was very reasonable. Our security system was 30 years old. It worked fine until we had a big ice dam that affected one zone. It was hard to find someone who was familiar with our security system & who could potentially repair it. So after lots of research, we called Startec. We were impressed with everyone.... the tech, the office & the owner!

Eric and his team helped on re-install new smoke alarm system for my multi-family building. He worked well with the building department and got the inspection passed for it.

The team of two arrived on time and ready to go to work. When I disagreed with how some of the work should be done, they showed me how their approach was the correct one. The work was done neatly and in a timely fashion.
