Eric came in and did the work as promised. Despite a pending snow storm, he didn't rush through the installation to get out ahead of the storm. He explained the system thoroughly before he wrapped up. Overall, he did an excellent job. We will be bringing him back to do more work on the alarm system (hook up to fire alarm/carbon monoxide warning systems).

great people to deal with.returned my call very quicky...showed up same day as call,even though it was a saturday.work was performed correctly and without any mess to clean after service visit. technician was very thorough and attacked the problem diligenly. they are my first call if any work needed in future!!! my wife and I very,very pleased with everything reated to this service call. we could not be happier

We were extremly pleased with the quick response and knowledge and proffesionalism of Eric from Startec. We had an emergency situation with our alarm system and he fit us in after a long day of scheduled appointments. Eric stay past 8pm to resolve our problem and followed up the next day to be sure all was working properly. We can't thank him enough and will call him for our future needs.
