From the initial presentation to the finished product the work was excellent. The workmanship from the framing to the finished walls to the electrical work to the plumbing was first rate. The job was finished on time. Great job. The basement looks great.

The installers/foreman were awesome. Very polite and efficient. Open to slight changes. Most of the time did not even know they were down stairs doing work.

I spoke to Miles Davis. I did not set up getting an estimate at this time bc my project is smaller scale and can't afford the super duper finished basement, BUT wanted to put in this review bc Miles was very personable, very thorough in his explanation of what would or could be done, asked several questions bc my having heard of your company extensively (in Denver at least) i said off the bat my project was probably not going to be kind of job your co. does. Also, he gave me advice on what to look for in, request, and expect of the contractor i do hire and answered some other general questions i had even after we figured I needed to contact an insulation/drywall person or handyman, even. Thank you, Miles, and good move, Owens, on hiring him. If i choose to make a bigger project of my basement, I would Absolutely call you guys up again (& ask for Miles). Also, i would recommend your co. based just on That phone call, regarding Customer Service, a mostly lost art these days. Thank you. Take Care, Elise Henderson

Everything agreed to before contracting was completed during construction without issue. In fact the person performing the work made several suggestions that benefitted the look of the finished product. These changes were made without additional cost. Very knowledgeable about design, look, construction and building codes.

Love the look, quality of materials and the superior workmanship of the employees. Worth the price-absolutely! They really go out of the way to make you pleased with your decision to select the Owens Corning system and LUX Renovations.

This is the biggest remodeling project I undertook in our house. The price was a bit high but the quality is worth it. Though there were some miscommunications at times, these were sorted out at the end to our satisfaction.

Owens-Corning materials make sense for our basement remodel, and have created a lovely, safe, light-filled space . Because of my mother's age related needs, the project that Lux took on was not a standard basement project. John, Pete, and the Crew listened to us, and worked hard to make the outcome a good fit for my mom.

The materials are great, it looks great, they were done very quickly, and were even able to start a month ahead of schedule. They were very accommodating and made sure to address all of our concerns and adjustments before they were done. There was a miscommunication about which flooring to use, but they re-ordered the right one and cut the restock fee in half as a courtesy to us, which was appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful new addition to our house! It gives us great peace-of-mind to know that it will withstand time and our kid.

It was overall a great experience. The basement came out great. There were some minor issues with the sales guy promising things that weren't well thought out, but we did eventually get those resolved.

Customer service and quality was excellent. The project started and ended early! It was the only project they were doing so they showed up everyday. We love the results. The basement is so soundproof our kids can practice their band instruments without disturbing anyone else in the house. Highly recommend Lux!

Throughout the entire process, we were impressed with the professionalism of the Owens Corning/Lux Renovations team. They started ahead of schedule and completed the job on time and on budget. The two installers who worked for us were at the work site timely every day, worked neat and followed the project plan perfectly. We would definitely recommend Owens Corning/Lux Renovations.

We had a basement remodel done. The workmanship is first rate as are the materials used. The final product was even better than envisioned. The one negative was very uneven communication throughout the project. Not knowing who was showing when or what time was beyond irritating. Made it difficult to plan any given day. We never leave our house alone with any contractor so we indicated early that regular communication was important to us. But the end result is outstanding which is what ultimately matters most.

Very clean and professional job. Done on time. All of the inspectors that came through to sign off on the permit comment on the quality of there work

They remodeled my basement, living room, laundry room and full bath with a shower they did a beautiful job
