The person who did most of the work, Balint, is a fine hard working craftsman. He is the primary reason we are so pleased with the renovation.

After having a mold issue that ruined my wood-framed drywall finished basement, Lux took the time to go over options and explain how their system would help prevent a reoccurrence. They were professional from beginning to end, everything happened exactly when they said it would, and everyone involved was tremendously helpful. The basement space came out beautiful and I can't help but smile every time I see it. Worth every penny!

My basement project came out great! It looked very professional and clean. They did a great job with the pricing and staying on schedule. We were really happy to have a usable basement space that added so much sq footage to our home.

The Lux team were pros from the start. Pete was our PM and did a great job keeping the project on schedule. The crews did great work and accommodated some changes that were needed without any difficulties. The project was done on time and the quality of the build was excellent. We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs.

Finish work (mainly trim) is a little iffy. Sometimes the cuts were off, and sometimes the snap-in-place molding pops out. Overall a good experience, and I'd do this again if we had the choice.

Communication was clear throughout the entire process. My only hiccup was that I was told they can mount the tv on the wall, so I purchased the tv mount and they placed it up, but refused to place the tv on the mount, because of a liability concern, Next time they should be more clear about the ability to put up the mount, but not the television. Other than that, I'm glad I went with this company.

It took us a while to get a start date and there was stoppage for a vacation in the middle of the project, but the guys did a great job. The team of workers were friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. They let us know everything that they were doing and helped us make decisions when problems arose. Our basement looks great!!

Great overall. Miquel walked me through everything he and his partner was doing to make sure I was on board. Each day Miquel confirmed what was to be done and the next steps.

Project got a little delayed. Once they were here, Paul and everyone was extremely nice and willing to do whatever was asked. Project was finished within timelines. Some minor touchup and finishing items were needed to be tweaked, but otherwise, extremely happy with the project that was done by the whole team.

The crew was very efficient and kept me informed on a daily basis. Their work was high quality and completed in a little over two weeks. They worked with me on the design and made sure the electrical wiring met my specific needs.

Lux Renovations was amazing to work with from beginning to end! Everyone that we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. We loved that they organized all of the permits and inspections. Understandably, our start date was slightly delayed due to COVID complications and supply shortages, but our project was completed in the length of time that they had originally set. Alvaro was the BEST!

Lux renovations was great to work with from start to finish! Peter made great suggestions for the project layout and we are glad we listened to his suggestions on dividing up the space. Pete and Alvaro and team did a great job with install, taking feedback and questions on the fly. Even given the pandemic they were extremely close to their estimated start date and right on for their estimated completion. Post completion we had a small issue that they addressed very quickly. We love our new basement including our new bathroom and we look forward for using it for years to come!

Lux Renovations staff were professional and efficient from start to finish. The finished basement was completed quickly and the quality of work rates five stars.

On the expensive side due to the materials they use but will last longer and the quality is good.

Owens Corning Basement was extremely professional and completed the work on schedule and in a very timely manner. We are extremely happy with the end result. We are in the basement every day.

Quality of work was exceptional and crew was professional and helpful in guiding us through the process. We love our new space in the basement! The only criticism we have is that we weren't told about modifying our sump pump and furnace vent until after we started Construction.
