A08/18/2020 We have used a few different moving companies in the past years and Smart Penny has been great! The rate was reasonable with no special charge for our upright piano. Although they were not the fastest, the bed assembly was the best weâ ve had! Our bed feels sturdier than when it was moved the last time. I would highly recommend Smart Penny.

Work of quality is great. They charge more than other moving companies but I feel that it is money well spent.

I have used Smart Penny twice and they are great from start to finish. I wouldn't use anyone else. The guys who did the actual move treated my things as if they were their own. From client contact, estimating the job and actual move, they are wonderful to work with.

Initially, I had given a 2.5-star review because there was an accident where their truck hit my landlord s railing and dented my stairway wall. However, they were quick to fix the railing and Oleg contacted me about fixing my stairway wall. I would say even though there were issues along the way, their customer service is 5 star and take their pride in their work. The movers were quick and efficient.

Smart Penny has helped me move to Maine, New Hampshire, and around Boston and every time they've come along they have been fantastic. They're always on-time, work incredibly hard and efficient, respect my property and safely secure my belongings, and are friendly and professional. They almost always come in under their estimate as well. My most recent move from Boston to the North shore came in at just over half the original estimate thanks to how efficiently the crew worked. I've already given referrals for Smart Penny to co-workers and strangers. I will continue to for as long as they're around. And while I joked that I'll never use them again if I ever move out of this home or need bulk items put in storage you can bet I'll be calling them up again!

The two men that we had were excellent. They understood our complex move which entailed moving our belongings from one house and taking them to two different places, one out of state. They did it all effortlessly and without any mistakes. They took care of our possessions carefully. They were friendly and professional. I wopuld happily use them again anf recommend them highly..

The office personnel (Michael) was very informative and helpful in setting-up the move, and explaining the services & charges. The actual movers (Luis & Pedro) were fantastic: friendly, professional and accommodating. The moving process could not have been smoother, and I would highly recommend Smart Penny Moving!

I had 2 days to find a mover to move furniture out of the house to make room for a hospital in our living room as a bedroom. Smart Penny Moving was extremely accommodating and set up a move for the afternoon after I contacted them. They did an excellent job putting furniture in the garage, protecting the front door and the furniture. The movers were very personable and professional.

Wrapped almost everything, fast, great work

SmartPenny Moving was amazing! Their web site is super user friendly and makes the pre-move logistics way easier. No on-site quote was needed. They arrived in the first half-hour of our window and were able to lift heavy awkward furniture easily. SmartPenny was conscientious and communicative throughout the move and they provided padding for my furniture, resulting in no damage whatsoever. I definitely recommend them and will book them again in the future.
