The pack and move went a little quicker than the estimated time, so final cost was a bit lower than estimate. On time, professional and courteous! Highly recommend!

They damaged one of the pieces that they moved. It?s in the back so it doesn?t show but they didn?t handle the piece like I suggested and it buckled under the strain. Nice guys but wanted to do it their way.

They did as they said they would. They showed up within their window. Moved everything as needed. We ran into some parking trouble at the destination. But the movers were super cooperative. They were willing to move the truck slightly to accommodate.

The movers left all of the stuff in the closets and kitchen cabinets and basically said ?you got those right?? They were in a rush to leave. I am a single, small woman, so moving this stuff myself took me a full day by myself. Hours and hours of labor. I paid for a full move and they did not provide that.

Very pleased with this moving company who handled our move from Boston to TX. Professional, careful , everything well wrapped, secured and fitting properly in the truck. Took care of disassembly and reassembly. The move was smooth and we got our stuff impressive quick. Definitely highly recommend.

The movers were organized and did a great job. They were very polite and respectful of our items.

Beware of the company. when there is a problem. They significantly delayed their response. I contracted for an office move, paid a retainer, and received confirmation for the move. The movers never showed up and the owner failed to return my call or text when I inquired. Postscript- finally heard from owner. 3 1/2 hour delay. He was apologetic about his failure to inform me of the delay. The move itself was satisfactory.

Kind manager on the phone, very kind crew. Problem with improper loading of the POD with damage to furniture. Dirt on the hands of the crew caused dark marks on upholstery, requiring Smart Penny to send out a person to clean the furniture in the new location.

Good price. Very polite and efficient workers
