We moved from Mass to SC. We shopped around and found Smart Penny to be easy to communicate with and there pricing was very reasonable. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and were on time to pick up and deliver. They handled our furniture and personal belongings in a professional manner. We highly recommend this moving company the staff and management were outstanding .

It was necessary for us to change both our pickup dates and delivery dates and the staff were so flexible and understanding! The loading staff were friendly and very hardworking. Oleg did an excellent job in estimating our job and also making the long distance drive. We heartily recommend this company.

Worked very hard and did a great job, including moving a piano. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again. I really liked their no-nonsense pricing on an hourly basis.

Work started just a bit late due to traffic, but they worked very hard; did an excellent job; and were pleasant and accommodating. No hesitation recommending them or hiring them again. Well worth it.

If you're going to hire, they come from Cambridge MA. They charge when they leave, till they get back. So make sure you are close to them. I didn't check, so I paid for two hours travel time. They gave me a window of 11am, to 1pm. They called at noon, to notify me they will arrive at 2 pm. They showed up at 2:28 (traffic was the case) They deducted the 28 minutes from the bill. Every thing else went smoothly, they were professional and treated my (put together yourself) furniture with the greatest of care. Overall, I would recommend if you're close to Cambridge. If not, look elsewhere.

Simply incredible! Had 2 of the hardest workers I've ever seen moving my apartment belongings go a single family home. If you're even considering someone else - stop - smart penny moving is the better choice. smart penny was perfectly priced (they could probably charge a little more and it'd be fine), they worked hard and fast and they made the whole day just so much easier for us. My wife and I said to both of the workers that they were "the best decision we've ever made". Thank you!!!

I would use smart penny again in a second! The price was extremely competitive and our move from Quincy to Marshfield started at 9:30am, was finished by 1:30. Very nice, professional guys. No broken furniture.

Smart Penny Moving was an excellent choice. I came from CA to MA to move my mother and had no idea who to call for this project/service. I called a few companies and didn't get the feeling they wanted the job and then I called Smart Penny. From my first conversation with Daniella to the last I felt like this moving company was all about what I needed to achieve and that they understood the situation. They sent 3 men and they arrived on time, in fact 15 minutes early. They were extremely polite and very careful. One of the items they needed to move was a Grandfather Clock that was built in 1927. I was nervous about that and thought I should hire a special moving company. We decided they knew what to do and the experience showed in every way. They wrapped this so carefully building three layers of protection around the clock before wrapping it in clean thick furniture moving cloths. It looked like a mummy. They moved everything with the same care. I had a broken dish and vase when I unpacked but we did our own packing of dishes, towels, glasses , clothes, books etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I believe they are a fairly young company and that if they continue working as they are now they will continue to get good reviews.

The movers arrived within their time window and were extremely efficient. I paid for minimum 3 hours and they were finished with most of what I required to be moved (all within my house) within 1.5 hours. I had a number of additional items that I wanted to add to the move if I had extra time and they moved those items as well. I also asked to have them re-position a number of items (move couch there, exercise bike over here) and they were very accommodating. Many of my items were extremely heavy and bulky and the moves happened without incident.
