Perfect Cleaning Service

WOW...we are a busy, non-stop couple and were anxious to get help with the cleaning. I can see now, why Andrea and her team are at the top of Angie's list. Professional, positive, attention to detail and non-stop working! Even if you only try this service once, it is well worth the money and the relief you'll feel. I came home from work to find the whole house clean! I think I'll start a savings account just to keep providing us with this service. Thank you Andrea!

I am very pleased with the service. Andrea and her team are very professional and very pleasant. The house looks and smells great when they are done. I have not had a cleaning service before so I was pleasantly surprised that they changed the sheets on the beds and cleaned smaller appliances in the kitchen. I also appreciate the smaller things, such as the fact that towels are refolded. They do a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone. I had contacted other companies to compare prices and Andrea's price was better as well.

We moved into our house a few weeks ago, and the previous owner was elderly and had let it go cleaning-wise. Andrea gave us an estimate on a Thursday and came in and spent the following Monday cleaning. It smells like a different place! She meticulously cleaned exactly where we told her to and exceeded our expectations. We'll be having her back for monthly deep cleanings. What a find!

Andrea and her crew do a wonderful job. She is very flexible and worth the price. I would highly recommend her.

First things first, Andrea is amazing. I am not skilled at cleaning. In fact, I'm actually quite skilled at producing clutter. I finally decided to find a cleaning service because my knack for being messy and my boyfriend's knack for being neat is not a great combination (we're like Oscar and Felix up in here!). I called Andrea based on the great reviews here, and she set up an appointment to meet me and assess my apartment and tell me about her services within a couple days. The price she quoted for the initial cleaning was $250, minus the $25 Angie's List discount - we have a three bedroom, two bath 1250 square foot apartment, mostly carpeted. We scheduled an appointment for the initial cleaning, which was a deep dive, like the other posters have noted. Angie was there for 7 hours (I think she quoted me too low to be honest, because I would have paid more for the spectacular job she did). I now have Andrea coming every other week (she's done one bi-weekly visit so far) for $100 per visit. I am delighted for several reasons. First, because I experience a feeling of calm when I come home and everything smells so fresh and looks so shiny and clean (and I didn't have to do the work!). I nearly wept after her first visit. Second, because Andrea is professional, friendly and completely reliable - whenever I've had to schedule an appointment or coordinate her arrival, she has been very responsive and easy to work with. And lastly, because I now have something forcing me (in a good way!) to stay organized at home because she comes every two weeks and I need to make sure surfaces are cleared, etc. For example, to get ready for Andrea, we finally dealt with some artwork that we had in the corner of our room waiting to be framed, and I also took the opportunity to cean out my closet and give some stuff away to Goodwill. Anyone who is looking for a great housecleaning service, look no further. I think Andrea has literally changed my life.

Andrea got to the house on time and started cleaning right away. She went from room to room and did not stop for a break or for lunch. She cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, diningroom, livingroom and bedroom thoroughly. My mother and I were very pleased with her work.

Came to my house to do an estimate - charged me $550 and I even told her no bedrooms required! Quote was only for living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer and 3 bathrooms. Quotes from other companies ranged from $100-$300. Ridiculously overpriced no matter how good of a cleaning job she could have done.

I should start this review by saying that I am a very meticulous person. When I normally do my spring cleaning, I literally have kneepads on so I can clean the hardwood floors by hand. I found Andrea through Angie's list and called her at 7 pm on a friday. I expected to leave a voicemail given the time and did. I was pleasantly surprised when she called back in 20 minutes. She scheduled an appt immediate for the following monday and arrived on time. She provided us the estimate and we scheduled a cleaning. Andrea called 2 days prior to confirm the appt which reflects well on her business sense. She indicated that she would arrive between 9 & 9:30. On the day of, she arrived around 10:15 but I understand that things happen - no big deal. Overall, I'd say the cleaning was average to slighly above average. We tend to keep a realtively clean house - a new baby has made that a bit challenging which is why we hired Andrea. Here's a list of the good things: Cleans baseboards, doors & door frames (where our pets rub against and leave hair) Cleans venetian blinds Treats your home with respect And unfortunately the bad: There were several windows that I had to ask her to clean after she indicated she was done - she had simply missed them. She left before I realized that an entire bedroom had not been cleaned - nor had the windows in that room The floors were only lightly mopped One of the windows was significantly off the track. I discovered this as Andrea was leaving and was able to fix it but there was no indication from her that this problem existed until I found it. Overall, not a bad (not a great one either) cleaning but certainly doesn't justify the price. She and her 2 coworkers were finished in ~ 3-3.5 hrs as 1 left early for another job. I had the impression that she had another job to do after my home and was rushing to finish.

Called a week before, Andrea called back same day. She came out to see the house, wrote up a quote, and was able to squeeze us into her schedule during a super busy week. She brought up and deducted the $25 coupon from Angie's List, which I had forgotten. We got the recommended cleaning supplies from a list she gave us. Andrea arrived right on time with two co-workers, at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon, the day of a messy snowstorm. I thought for certain they would have to cancel! Whole house cleaned in under 4 hours. Smelled good looked great everything dusted and cleaned. It felt like a new house.

After that initial cleaning I decided to have the service every other week for $120. The team is consistent, knows where things belong and are very accommodating. For instance, we had a new stove installed last week which required our granite counter top to be recut. It took longer than expected so Andrea and her team did another home in town, then returned and did an excellent job ridding the house of all of the stone dust. They are very reliable and continue to be thorough. A pleasure!

I did get an estimate from them and they seemed a little high. With my schedule I did go with them. I felt like I got the same cleaning service then I had paid with other cleaners. They did do a good job, but a the price was a little high.

Andrea is very professional and accommodating. She returned my initial call asap and came by the same day. Her prices on weekly and biweekly cleaning are a bit higher 95.00 for weekly and 125.00 for biweekly, but she does an amazing job. My husband was home for the initial clean and said he was very impressed with the amount of time and effort she put in.

This team of workers are awesome! I scheduled a detail cleaning prior to our first open house and I was completely impressed with this company. Everything was spotless. The workers are friendly and enjoy their work. If you are detail oriented and want a professional job done on your home, call Andrea and you will be glad you did. I plan on using this company again after our final move out as I know I can count on them to do a great job. Their initial cleaning fee of $300 (less $25 since I found them on Angie's List!) seems high, but since they put 5 hours of time for each of the 3 workers, it is truly a bargain. The follow-up cleanings for our house was $110. Go for it -- call them and you will be so pleased that you did.

I am writing this report a month after the cleaning took place because I'm still pretty emotional about what happened. I told Andrea that though we wanted the entire house cleaned, there was one very specific and special wall that was NOT to be touched. It was the wall, in our kitchen, on which we kept track of our children's heights over the past few years. Needless to say, we came home to find a note from Andrea explaining how the wall accidentally got cleaned by one of her coworkers. Years of gowth washed away. Andrea tried to recreate the wall in pencil, but it's not something you remember and recreate. Now, in addition to random dates and such, we have gouged lines embedded in the wall that even WE cannot remove, which is just another sad reminder of that day. Dates and names were mismatched and made no sense. My husband, my kids and I just stood there staring at the wall dumbfounded. I made only one request and it wasn't followed. I had even left a note on the wall before I left the house that day. Evidently, the note fell off but that's not really the issue. There was nothing anyone could do. I spoke with Andrea on the phone, and she was terribly apologetic and teary. I felt that I spent time trying to calm her down because nothing like this had ever happened to her before. Well, nothing like this had ever happened to me either, and because of this situation, the house was a fog to me, and I couldn't really concentrate on the job she and her crew did. I guess it was good but that one huge mistake rather ruined the entire experience for me. Andrea offered to clean my house again for free, but at that point the pain was still a bit too fresh. To be honest, I was a bit surprised when she cashed my check. Rather than expecting the whole thing, it would have been better if she'd taken a bit less off the entire cost.

I recently injured my back and so looked to Angie's list to recommend a housecleaner. I was impressed with Perfect Housecleaning's reports so gave Andrea a call. I called her on Monday, she came to see my place and give me a price on Tuesday. and was here cleaning on Wednesday. That's what I call responsiveness! Andrea and her co-cleaner Steph were here for about 3.5 hours and worked hard the entire time. My place is spotless - probably cleaner than it has ever been. Also, due to my injury they helped transferring laundry and relocate some things within my reach and were just generally so friendly and accommodating. I told them I should have called them years ago! I plan to use them every other week until I am back on my feet. Well - maybe longer! I highly recommend Andrea and her team!

The house was totally spotless. They did put some small items or furniture in the wrong rooms, but the cleaning itself was absolutely flawless and well done. The girls did a really nice job.

I called Andrea on a Tuesday to see if she could get me an estimate for a thorough cleaning that I wanted done before that weekend due to a party I was hosting. She contacted me that night and came to look at the house the next evening. She re-worked her schedule to spend the entire day that Friday, cleaning my house from top to bottom. When I say thorough, I mean thorough. She and one other worker were at my house from 8:30-5:30. Every detail of the house was cleaned perfectly. Even my husband, who thought the cost seemed high at first, was totally impressed with the level of cleaning that she did. I plan on having her do regular cleanings of my house from now on. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

They have been very good. Andrea Neiva is very reliable. She does a great job of cleaning and we are very happy. She always comes on the days she is supposed to and comes on time. If she needs to change she always gives me a heads up and that's fine.

I called Andrea and left a message for her. She called back promptly and came the next day for an estimate. She is very polite and respectful of her clients. We scheduled the cleaning for later in October. She and an employee came and spent 4 hours. They worked the entire time they were here. I was very pleased with the results and wish that I could have them come on a regular basis.

They were punctual and got right to work. The place was immaculate. When they tell you that they clean like you're supposed to clean, they mean it. My place needed a lot of cleaning and I still can't get over how clean it is. For a small example, they cleaned a vase, each flower was dusted off, and was placed back looking more artistic than I had them in the first place. It was a thorough job in every room. These people are the very best. If you like your appliances to shine, and like a perfectly clean house, use this company..

The price was $300. If I had been willing to commit to an ongoing cleaning schedule, the price of this first time cleaning would have dropped to $200. But, I had contacted her based entirely on ratings in Angie's list, without seeing her work myself, so didn't feel I was ready to make that commitment. That aside, the cleaning work done was excellent. I was very impressed. She went through the house and cleaned everything, whether it was visible or not, even places that hadn't been touched in years. It was delightful to come home to a spotless home. Perfect Cleaning was, in fact, perfect.

I'm thrilled and we're having them back every other week for $90. They did the windows, the walls, the tub & tile - EVERYTHING was white-glove clean.

This house was left in bad shape and I couldn't find anyone that was willing to come help me out. I was 8 months pregnant and couldn't do it myself. Everyone else kept telling me, when it was cleaned up, call them for the keep up. I guess the competition isn't strong enough in my area. I called Perfect Cleaning and the woman was willing to help me and do it with a smile. Saying it was in bad shape is an understatement and she did an excellent job. She was cheerful and took direction with grace.
